I have just recently relocated to this area. ( a month ago to be exact ) My dog gets Colitis from stress and my vet in Denver has her eating Royal Canin Rx food. And by the way this food is working very well for her. This office is very convenient for me and I will be needing a new vet just not today. On the Royal Canin site they showed to be the closest vet to me that carries her dog food. I stopped in today to purchase a bag of food for her. Well they dont carry the one she needs and the lovely lady ( and I use this term loosely )that helped me told me because I am not a client she cant or wont order this for me. So I am sure I will locate an office here in the area who can help me with this and they will be my dogs new vet. I will never know if the vet is kind and considerate or not because his front staff needs to get some better customer service skills. The date was 01/26/2016 and there were 2 ladies at the desk the one I am referring to would be sitting on the left looking towards the front of your reception area.

We are very happy going here with our three babies, as there is a FULL time doctor there at all times. Dr. Mack and his staff were very nice, friendly, and very good at what they do. They are good at getting you in right away when your pet is sick. The doctor explains everything in detail so you understand. His prices are good.The place is very clean and smells good.

Dr Mack and his staff are amazing! We have been going to them for 2 years. My dogs have some minor health issues so we are there more than the average pet owner. They really listen to me when something is wrong and work to find the best treatment options. I have found them to be reasonable priced and on time with appointments. They work hard to keep my dogs well!

Last summer my 3 month old puppy developed a severe allergy. Dr Mack was the second option vet, finding out the 1st vet was completely wrong. Dr Mack was able to bring much needed relief to my puppy. Dr Mack and all the staff are the best and most caring I know of.

Have had several urgent needs for our pets in the past few months and this office has stepped up and been there for us. The staff and doctor have been patient and kind and more than caring with us and our pets and given us straight infomation as well as options.
