Sorry for the poor review, the doctors are great in Belgrade, the billing department on the other hand is not. They argue about how to use your benefits and what is covered, make you pay up front and wait for insurance to pay them then issue a refund somewhere between 4-8 weeks even when your insurance company guarantees payment, then after all of this when told you will be expecting a call from the office manager in approximately an hour you have to call back three hours later to find out the manager was there the whole time MD you finally get to talk to her, when you tell them you have never paid up front before she says " Well I will have that fixed because we have always done that". Piss poor business practices, the office planned on us using our benefits later for an office visit instead of contacts needed now because "That is just a lot of work for our accountant.". If you have benefits you should be the one de IDing when to use them, not the office... Business practices not ok

I will give 1 star because Dr. McMurray is a great doctor that I have been going to for years. I would give 0 stars to the people who work the desk. I had an appointment and I stood there when the doctor told the girl to order a trail pair of contacts. More than two weeks later I called to check on the trial pair, and the girl on the phone made it sound like it was the doctors fault for the order not being placed. Then I ordered a years supply, and after two weeks called, and once again it was the doctors fault for not approving a prescription that he wrote less than a month before. It would have been nice to have someone take responsibility for just plain forgetting to order the contacts, TWICE. But no, its the doctors fault. The doctor is great. The support staff, terrible.

By far the best office to have your eyes cared for in the Gallatin Valley! Dr. McMurray is wonderful and is honest, candid, caring, and genuinely a very nice person who truly cares for his patients-- in and out of the exam room! Highly recommend using Advanced Eyecare for your entire family! My children have been seeing him for yearly exams since kindergarten and they love Dr. McMurry! The rest of the staff is also amazing! The office just has the complete package in Belgrade!

Our whole family plus spouses have been going to Advanced Eyecare Associates for some time now and we are very pleased with the care we get there. Everybody is so nice and really takes care of you like they really care about you. Dr. Kimball always asks about each member of our family[how does he remember us all] and how they are doing. I feel they do a very thorough job of checking out the health of my eyes which I greatly appreciate.

Doctor Fink is amazing with adults and patient with kids. I took my 4 year old son to Dr. Fink. He was super active and wanted to touch EVERYTHING. She was patient and calm with him. When it was my turn, she was very in depth on asking about my previous experiences. She really wants the best option for your sight. We went through 3 different brands of contacts before finding one that worked. I highly recommend Dr. Fink.

Paid for my glasses before order (like normal), got my glasses an love them, then later (months later) i got a bill from them saying i owed more becuase THEY MISS CALCULATED. I have never ever had that happen in PA nor CA eye centers. Total rip off. Over paid for those glasses for sure. Wont be back. And lets not mention the wait when i was the only Patient in the waiting Room.

Ive been going to Dr. Kimball for almost 20 years, and hes always been awesome about trying to get me set up with the best possible contact lenses. My correction is quite strong, and Ive always been up against the limits of whats available, and he has always great about getting me the best possible lenses regardless of how many trials we have to try...

I went in on my day off, early morning for my eye exam and then was going to spend all day outside and with family. The Dr decided to wait and dialate my eyes another day, after work, and AFTER they closed just so I wouldnt be uncomfortable on the beautiful sunny day originally scheduled. Top notch.
