Dont go to Eyecare USA in Bozeman. I order my glasses. Ten days later I stopped in to check on them. They were not in and the amount due was $75.00 more than I was told. When I questioned this I was told that because of my prescription they had to use a different lens that measured from the eye to all surfaces of the lens. So I have to go with those lenses. When I questioned how I they can do that without measurements, they changed their tune and said, well thats why we cannot go with those. A few days go by and I go in to pick up the glasses. They do not fit. They checked and the lenses were not centered in the frames as they should have been. They do not know why the inspector did not catch this. So they will reorder and it will take another ten days. Two days later they call that my glasses are in. I asked and it turned out they never ordered the new. Now there are only two people who work there, 2. So they will check and reorder. Today I got a call again that my glasses have been in for a week am I going to come get them. They still have not reordered and do not seem to know what is going on in an office with only 2 people in the office.

BUYER BEWARE! The employees are rude and incompetent. The first time I ordered glasses from them there was a mistake. They fixed it. No big deal, mistakes happen. The next time I got glasses from them, they messed up not once, but twice. After the 2nd time, I called stating I really couldnt be without my glasses any longer (turn around time is 1 - 2 weeks per mistake) and requested a discount to just settle with what I got. The response I got was extremely rude, and, of course she couldnt help me, the doctor had to make that decision and he wouldnt be in for another 3 days. Looks like Ill be disputing this with my credit card. They have some cute frames there but save yourself the hassle. GO ELSEWHERE!

I wont do business with them again. I brought in my own frames, got a new eye exam, and was ASSURED that turn-around time would be a week to ten days, two weeks at the very outside. It has now been 4 weeks and 4 days without glasses. This shows a lack of professionalism as well as a lack of empathy for patients. I see absolutely no point in trying to address issues with them, since all I have heard is the same old run-around. This place has NO place in business in Bozeman. I rarely witness such a lack of empathy not to mention an apparent lack of conscience.

Few employees are very rude. The service itself given by the eye doctor is great! Though the customer service is not timely at all. They do not call back as they promise, and they take forever. I would not recommend this location and wish I would have not committed to this eye doctor without knowing about their horrible service.

Friendly, curteous. Eyeglasses arrived in a timely manner. New owner but we didnt have a problem with the previous one either.
