I LOVE staff member "SUMMER"!! I stepped on & broke my glasses so I went in to see if they could be fixed. The staff looked & said Id need to take them out to a repair shop. Then I heard this little voice from another staff member as she was just finishing up with another customer "I can fix that." AND SHE DID!!! She gratuitously tightened all the screws, cleaned them up, & had a cheerful service oriented disposition!! THEN she did the same with my prescription sunglasses! All just before closing while everybody else was doing paperwork or rushing to leave. While I dont want to send everybody to her and therefore "punish" her for good service, she IS!!! THE BEST. If there is a bonus or recognition program at Nationwide, PLEASE honor Summer!!!!

Terribl atención, hice una cita a la 1:45 y resulta que según ellos, era a la 1:15, cuándo yo la anoté y aùn me llamaron un día antes para confirmar la cita y quedó claro que era a la 1:45 y lo único que dicien es lo siento, te hago otra cita?, que les hace pensar que la haré con ellos nuevamente...

They suck! I take in a corporate voucher to get safety glass two years ago and it took. 6 weeks to get them in...ok thats reasonable ..except they were the wrong prescription...2 months after. Finally come in. I figured Id give them a chance again this year I go in...do an eye exam order glasses and now I call....and they dont even know who I am and what Ive ordered...hello! Use the computer the keep files and stop arguing about what music to listen to on the speakers and maybe youll figure it out! If I could rate zero I would!

Most of the sales staff are very friendly, but some of the doctors feel rather.. intimidating. The glasses I went through felt cheap and easy to brake. Not only that, but the severe lack of mirrors NOT cluttered with product left unable to look them over as much as I mightve wanted, making me very dissatisfied with my purchase when I had a mirror to fully check them out with. Doubt theres such thing as a returns policy on glasses. The only other good rep I have for them is their low prices and the fact that they took my insurance.

Absolutely worst place ever! Wanted me to redo my paperwork as the boxes werent individually checked! Seriously! Wouldnt take the time to call my insurance and verify my benefits! As an 8 yr Manager and a medical assistant I would always call for my patients to check their eligibility if I ever had any doubts as my patients were my number one priority! NEVER AGAIN and I will make sure I tell everyone who ever needs a recommendation that this place is a JOKE

You walk in to see intimidating glares. Then the receptionist is rude. I went in to follow up on how my trial lenses felt for the second time because they cant get it right. She slams her hand on the table and says that I have to buy something before I leave. She thought I was up to some weird business of living off of blurry trial contacts. If you want to be angry on your way home then you should check this place out.
