Made apt relatively easy, had all test done, went for results PA was ok and office staff was nice Came home realized I had a question and concern about a result that I read on papers Went back, waited over an hour for a 2 second question Same PA got so nasty in the waiting room, old lady would puts everyone in the rooms Yelled at me , was nasty, I lost my mind had an anxiety attack Office manager was decent to me...thank god for small miracles Me Im done with them.... Be warned

1-No way you can talk to person on the phone 2-If you want to cancel your appointment for any reason and you could not come to your appointment you will be charged 3-Very racist Administration employees 4-Wrong billing and you will get charged for visit you never made

Its Impossible to reach someone through the phone. You can never reach a live person you can only leave a voicemail & of course they dont care enough to call back, its not their health/life on the line.
