Absolutely the WORST customer service I have ever experienced!!! My first impression when I walked in was wow this place is nice and then I was actually attended and wow I am never going back ever again. First the nurse that was initially with me she was pleasant she actually took interest in what i was there for but through out the appointment and while she was asking me what I was in there for people kept coming in and out for supplies which I thought was very unprofessional but I let it go but what absolutely made my mind of never going back is when Dr. John K Randall R.PH.,M.D. He came in and he didnt even introduce himself I didnt even know who he was i thought he was another person coming in for supplies and he came in with two girls and he didnt introduce them either or ask if it was okay that they watched, he just came in and said "Okay what are you here for, what do you need" and I didnt know how to respond cause usually they first see the report the nurse wrote out so they know a little before they come in and the nurse responded to him saying it was a lot of everything and he was like Oh my god, well make it fast. I was so shocked how rude he was. He then asked me to show him my problem area and i told him it was in between my legs and hes like well okay drop your pants keep in mind I wasnt even in the patient chair i was still on the side chairs, i just gave him a puzzled look and asked him "In front of everyone? cause there was the nurse, him, and the two girls that i had no idea who they were. and hes like "yes drop your pants" and i told him i didnt want everyone staring at me and all he said was "oh come on hurry up drop your pants". there was A LOT more but that was what got me the most mad. when i went back out to the reception to make my follow up she tired to make it with Randall and i told her i definitely do not want it with him and asked to see someone else. You would think that the whole business its self is his so he would be very polite and at least some what professional and grateful because if he didnt have patients he would have no practice and no money but that was not the case AT ALL!! That was definitely the rudest person I have ever meet in my life. I left so embarrassed and angry. If there was somewhere I could report him I would in a heart beat.

This is one of the most unprofessional providers ever encountered. When entering the room, I inquired from his female assistant if I may have a gown to put on (since I was requesting the provider to examine several spots on by back and on other parts of my body.) I was informed that "we dont do that." The provider then entered w/o introducing himself or mentioning my name; instead he immediately requested that I lift up my shirt, unnecessary exposing my breast. Then he ordered me to pull down my pantyhose, unnecessarily exposing the genital area. Any freshman medical or NP student is taught and becomes familiar with administering a professional physical exam where the body may be totally examined without the patient feeling unnecessarily exposed in front of complete strangers. This provider never initiated any collaborative interaction with the patient, & failed to respond appropriately to her request.

If I could rate lower than this, I would. I have been to Randall on three different occasions, and they were unbelievably rude each time. I have been quoted on multiple occasions, and then billed three times that amount. The nurses, staff, and doctors are RUDE. Doctor Randall did an excision, and was off by an entire mm, in a surgery this is a big deal; he didnt fix my problem at all. When I went in to get my stitches out for "free," the nurse CUT ME. If this was just one mishap, okay, but this is constant. I never encountered someone that actually acted as though they cared.

I have been a patent at Randall derm for over a year now and make regular visits, very friendly staff and doctors! They were all more then Willing to be honest and straight forward to answer any questions I could come up with. Now because of the efforts made by Randall derm my skin in better condition then I could have imagined. I have spent years trying to make my skin look as good as they did in 10 months I wish I would have known about this practice much sooner! I will continue to recommend this practice and med spa day spa as well, overall very pleased and thankful!

ABout 7 years ago I went to Randall Dermotology to have a cyst removed. This was a while ago, so its possible that they have improved since. But i felt like the Dr. wanted nothing to do with me because I was uninsured. I had my surgery done and then 3 weeks later the cyst came back. I came in to ask why and explain how I was unhappy. I later received a bill in the mail for that "consultation." I do wonder how much business Dr. Randall has not received from my friends and family based on this one bad decision he made in charging me for a complaint.

I have been a patient for almost 7 years. The nurse practitioners are knowledgeable, patient and generous with their time. Ive only met Dr. Randall once which is fine since the NP are the best anyway. I now take my mother and she was happy with the service as well.

No matter when you schedule your appointment, you will be waiting for at least an hour. The doctors here do not respect your time at all. I would suggest finding a different doctor.

I went to Randall for my acne problem. But the physician gave me wrong medicine that I allergic to. I didnt cure my acne and it is quite expensive.
