THEY SELL FRAMES THAT ARE SCARRED AND SCRATCHED UP..! I FOUND OUT YESTERDAY ,THE FRAMES THAT YOU AND OTHER PEOPLE HAVE TRIED ON, IS RESOLD !!..they dont send out,or have the frame on stock. So if some kid is pulling on the glasses from their Dads face, or someone dropped them,they are not cleaned off,or washed. Theres got to be an investigation into this, I want brand-new frames. $370.00 ! .(I think they are having their friends post good reviews.) Negative star!... The problem with this place is you want to support black people,but.....

Know one could explain the charges then I was told my glasses would be ready in 5 to 7 days that was a lie because when I went back the manager tried to tell me it is 5 to 10 business days now he told me I would probably have my glasses the day before Christmas guess what nobody answer the phone and when I went by the store they was closed now here is the day after Christmas and of course nobody is answering the phone again I never give them my many again

That would be a negative star. This place is so ghetto, cant keep dates straight. Dont know when their calendar is going to open and you wonder why people dont do business in Detroit. Sometimes it is just better to go to the white folk neighborhood to get stuff done. Made another appointment with another Heritage got me in in less than a week. Took me a whole two months to get that date with the Livernois office.

Worst experience ever 1 month waiting for glasses. They tried to give me a pair of glasses I did not order, then put the wrong prescription in . I paid cash over $300 & getting the run around for a full refund. I will never ever recommend this place.

Horrible my glasses broke in half they gave me the wrong case they discontinue the fames I cant get them fix they didnt every try to help after I came out of my pocket heavy that dont care wouldnt refer them to nobody

I have bogus classes they gave me some with the incorrect prescription and told me I can get another eye test but I cant get any new glasses. My vision is way worse then it was before I got these glasses

Horrible wait, for everything, the appointment, the service, and the glasses. The customer service is great, there very nice to you, but set aside a lot of time and pack your patience.
