Today 3-31-17 I went in for the second time in one month the first time I went was great this visit however not so much I was made to sit and wait as my original sales lady was busy the other was on the computer as if that was more important than helping me with my purchase!!! Not happy at all!!!!!!!!

After being in SVS vision twice, I can confidently say I had two of the worst experiences in a place of business at this location. Staff is visibly disorganized and severely lacks basic customer service skills. They lost my business and I would never recommend them to anyone.

They need more employees. Came in look around, was greeted Ill be with you, she was with a customer, didnt see any other employees other than the receptionist. I got tired if waiting, so I left.
