Never a good customer experience. I quit going to this location 6 years ago. Decided to give another chance after they replaced the doctor I did not care for. My schedule appointment for an exam was behind 30 mins. They were extremely busy in the show room but i couldnt figure out why a Doctor appointment was running so far behind. Why I was there a lady had been waiting an hour to pick-up her glasses. The next week I got a call, my glasses were in. I went up there to check in for my pick up and there was no signing in. The lady asked what I need and then told me have a seat and I would be next one helped. 25 mins later they helped twi customers who came in after I did that were walking the show room floor. In a pissy attitude I ask the lady why the people that came in after me were being helped as she stood there with no answer I walked out only to go back in and ask for the store number (25) and corporate phone number. Of course when I call corporate I get voice mail box. They have 3 people taking orders and handling pick-ups. 2 behind the counter and 1 doctor and yet they still have no efficient why to help customers in a fair and reasonable amount of time. Start with a sign in sheet that you follow would be a great first step. Before going to this location I would try the one in Ypsilanti. That one has by far been the best customer experience out of the 3 I have been to.

The eye exam was rushed , never asked me any questions , never checks if I needed reading glasses when the guy out front that was fitting me asked the doc he said no and I asked if he had checked me for them he said did you wear them before and I said yes he then told the guy to do bifocals .... my glasses were sent back twice because they had the bifocals half way up the glass and I couldnt use them. After the third time of me going back I just took the glasses and tried to wear them with no luck bifocals up to high so I bought a pair of glasses I cant even use and my insurance wont cover another pair for 2years. What a waste !!!!

The best experience I could ever imagine for my dad and mom. Friendly, caring service, with beautiful glasses. Dad is not very mobile, so they allowed me to bring home a few pairs of glasses for him to try. Once we picked out the pair he wanted, we drove to the store and the technician came to him to the car to measure him and get everything he needed. Once glasses were ready for pick-up, the manager, Patrick, brought them to my dads home. Unbelievable! So glad we chose your shop! Thanks, Patrick and all!

First of all I was over charge for my glasses which my insurance cover everything now my glasses are broken now they tell me Im due for new frames which this broken pair I payed $60.00 and my insurance told me Im not suppose to pay for nothing cause its all covered so now if and when I do go in my insurance said to call them soon as I walk in its just wrong that I have to do so theses people should know there job.

Lady at the front is rude. This place seems a lot more interested in your money then caring for your vision. Doctor tries getting you in and out as soon as possible. Went here for contacts and the doctor prescribed me the wrong fit. Now Im stuck with boxes of contacts i cant use. Highly recommend another place.

My family has been going here for several years. Dr. Epps is very personable and explains each eye test and results thoroughly. The opticians and staff are extremely welcoming and customer service oriented. The facility is spacious, organized, and clean, including the bathroom.

The people who work here are rude and need work on their customers service skills. My insurance covered everything and they tried to charge me for stuff that was covered. Never going back. When they called to let me know my glasses were done,they were even rude on the phone.

Unhappy with visit. They tried running me through the gates without checking my insurance and when i asked them to check it they unprofessionally tried to down my policy saying it wouldnt be covered...hmm two minutes down the road my insurance is fine
