This was my first visit to an eye doctor. I have recently lost my job due to downsizing and am about to loose my insurance. When making my appointment I asked if they would be able to pull up my insurance to tell me what my Co-pays would be. I was told that my exam would be covered. Now to me that means i will have no out of pocket cost. After having to wait 20 minutes just for Doctor Rahmani to arrive to his office I was not welcomed and almost no one was friendly. When I finally have the pleasure of meeting doctor Rahmani he did not even introduce himself. He even seemed annoyed that I was there. He did not explain anything to me about my prescription and when he walked me to the room where i can pick out glasses I then found out that I had a Co-pay of $42.00 for my eye exam. I felt that I was just an object that was going to pay for his golf game. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone!

I recently made a new patient appointment for my husband and I to been seen at the Rahmani Eye Institute. Before making my appointment she asked which type of insurance I had, to which I explained that we had United Health Care Vision. I was told that their office was in network and she proceeded to make my appointment for a month out. Both my husband and I took time off of work for this appointment, so imagine how frustrated I was when I was told upon check in that our insurance was not taken by their office and our deductible would be $2500.00. it turns out that certain United Health Care medical plans are accepted at the office but not the vision plan. Would have been nice to know before we both used paid time off for the appointments.

Horrible doctor. Hes not good with patients... at least not with me. When ever I talk to him he doesnt acknowledge the fact Im even talking to him. He also doesnt answer any of my questions I have for him. Him and his wife also went on vacation this past week and forgot to tell their patients AND their staff that they were going. When I went in for my appointment the staff had told me I would have to reschedule because the doctor forgot to tell everyone he was going to be gone. If you want a doctor who will ignore you and have you show up for appointments when he wont be there, then he is the one for you. Good luck!

Dr Rahmani performed my LASIK procedure in 2004. I still see 20/20 to this day. The whole process went smoothly. I have recommended multiple family and friends in which have also had the procedure and have had but good results!!! Worth every penny to know that the technology and Dr are top notch!!

Put one star because I had to. Such an ass hole. Will not recommend him to anyone. Was very rude and doesnt know how to speak kindly to patients. He could be great at what he does, but if youre rude...no one will want to come back.
