At my first visit Sonia put a dental crown, but the crown cracked right in the office.Horrible experience. Then 3 weeks later i came back again and the Sonya was trying to put the crown again, but it didnt fit, and she started to file down the other teeth so it would fit and then Sonya realized that it was some other patients crown. Can you imagine that ? Horrible and heartbreaking experience. Pain and suffering just cant be described here. Sonya apologized many times in the presence of her assistant Terry, who also apologized and then I had to wait another 3-4 weeks to come back again and start all over. In addition the tooth that Sonya was filing down chipped and she never fixed it. What can i tell you ... RUN from her office now. Please dont even ask me how much she charged me for this experience, since i can write a long essay about that. We are meeting in court now Thursday, July 21st. Update is coming shortly.

Unfortunately there are some out there who try to take advantage by not paying for treatment rendered or are not happy about what their insurance provides or understand it, Im glad to see that the throughout any negative ordeal being honest still pays off! We will continue to provide the very best treatment necessary to all of our patients and treat them with the care and respect that is expected. We are able to sleep at night knowing this. So for those searching for an office that provides treatment following all legal protocols, and want to be treated for your individual needs in a way thats best for your oral Health, this may NOT be the place for you. I am absolutely in love with this office! I switched dentist once I moved back to New York, and I have no regrets. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The assistant welcomes you with a smile and makes you feel at ease. My hygienist, Irina, is absolutely wonderful. She is very thorough, and I felt like a got a great cleaning, without any pain. Dr. Vulakh is very knowledgable and has always answered all my questions. A very sweet and hardworking woman, who takes pride in her office. Did I mention the office, its beautiful! The manager, Terri, is very helpful. She takes the time to go over everything, so Im not left in the dark. I also enjoy the different products that are available. Ive recently tried the ez-white ( its a teeth whitening pen) and its awesome! I brush it on after I brush my teeth and go right to sleep...super easy. Thumbs up from me!

I move in this area and want to find a good dentist who has good feedback from other people. I choose Dr Sonia Vulakh since she have so many good reviews from this websites. However, I had bad experience with them because they could not explain my cost clearly and charge more. when I received my bill statement from my insurance company, I knew they did over charge and sent an email to ask for further explanation. No one answered me any more. In contrast, when I made an appointment with them by email, they responded immediately. Moreover, their schedules are inflexible. Although they list the open hours including Saturday, it is impossible to schedule your appointment at that day. Also, their operating hours start so late in the morning and close so early in the afternoon.

I feel like we have been shaken down to collect our outstanding invoices. We got a call giving us 2 days notice to pay. We would have paid immediately but Drs office would not take Care credit over phone. When I went to office the following Monday, we were already sent to their attorney who wanted a separate fee. We are now going to court and they are trying to garnish our salary. This is over $800.00. My family spent over 8000 at this doctor in the past 2 years. Not sure if this is due to poor

I had my first appointment with Dr. Vulakh this week and I was impressed with her, her office and staff. Dr. Vulakh was very thorough which is refreshing nowadays in any medical office. She has a gentle touch which with respect to a dental procedure goes along way. Her office is one of the most well kept and prettiest I have seen! There was no wait time. Her staff was friendly and attentive. I am happy to have found her and look forward to a growing long term relationship!

I had the most wonderful experience at Dr. Sonias office. The receptionist is extremely welcoming. Dr. Sonia is an amazing Dentist. She knows what she is doing--aside from that, it is her divine passion. She definitely knows how to work around YOUR schedule. Not to mention her state of the art office--totally amazing.
