I went to Dr. Mathew George last week for a dental checkup. As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted by the staff at the front desk. The office is very modern and inviting. I had the best experience ever having my teeth cleaned; which says a lot! Dr. George took the time to explain the results of his examination in a very straight forward, caring and professional manner. I had to undergo a crown replacement with a possible root canal. He and his staff make you feel very comfotableeand like part of the family. After examining my tooth further is was decided that a root canal was required. I had a difficult and most stubborn pulp chamber and four very long stubborn roots. He made the procedure as painless as possible and kept checking if I was ok throughout the procedure. He explained my crown options which I have never had the opportunity at prior dentists. He called me several times checking up on how I was doing. I returned today to have my new crown placed. The crown placement went without a hiccup! Dr. Mathew George in my opinion, is the best dentist that I have ever had the pleasure to visit. I will recommend all my friends and family to go and see this exceptional dentist. I rarely write reviews but in the instance I want everyone to know how great he is and how much he truly cares. Thank you very much for treating me like a member of your own family!!!

After I had waited too late during the week for treatment, I found myself in a lot of pain on a Saturday morning. I didnt know where to turn. Dr. Georges office was the only place that would see me that same day. I was amazed that as a new patient, they had me in the chair within only a couple of hours. I didnt realize how fortunate I was to find this kind man and his staff. From the very beginning they were all so caring and sympathetic to my situation. Dr. George began a plan of treatment immediately and my pain was under control in short order. The office atmosphere along with Dr. Georges demeanor put me at ease, immediately. I must say, I never thought I would watch television or have a chair that massages my back while getting my teeth worked on, but those things made the visit even more comfortable. After having visited many dentists during my life, I can say that Dr. George is very skilled and also very gentle. He took his time and carefully explained my options and never pressured me into any decisions. In addition to that, each time that I have had to go in for treatment, he has called to check on me. I cant say enough about him or his staff. Dr. George, as long as you are practicing, I will be your patient. I am so grateful to have found you and your staff. Thank you for genuinely caring.

I have been Dr. Mathew George’s patient for a few months now and I am very satisfied with the treatment I have been receiving. I have had fillings and deep cleaning done in the same sitting. This was one of the least painful, efficient and comfortable dentist visits Ive ever had! During my first visit here, Dr. George thoroughly examined and explained my oral health. He prioritized my dental needs with the “must-be-done”s and the “nice-to-have”s allowing me to plan. While performing any procedure he asks every now and then if you are feeling okay making sure you are comfortable. He is very professional and skilled at his work. Their office is very impressive and efficient. All the costs were clearly explained upfront. The staff was very courteous and professional. The front desk staff facilitates easy entry and checkout. I have had three visits so far and never had to wait more than 5 mins! Additionally, they are open Saturdays, and conveniently located on the intersection of Coit and McDermott right off of highway 121. I would recommend this office to anyone. Overall, a 5-star experience!!

We feel so lucky to have such an excellent dentist & very attentive staff near our home that caters for all the family. I just had a root canal treatment & the experience was exceptional, no pain, nearly went asleep I was so relaxed & believe me, Im not an easy patient, Im normally quite nervous in the dentist chair but Dr. George talks you through everything, listens to you & cares for each one of his patients. My son age 6 had an appointment too that week & he got all his treatments - regular child filling & child root canal & filling & sealants on 4 teeth done in the one visit, on a Saturday which suited us as we did not have to take him out of school. Our son was able to do gardening & play in a Basketball match that afternoon & evening. We were very impressed with the care given and the child friendly nature of the staff. Plano Dental Loft cover most insurances so that suited us, they are not pushy & suit you & your budget. Overall, great experience & would not hesitate to recommend Dr. George & his staff.

WONDERFUL. If I could give a higher rating I definitely would. I started out very scared and intimidated to go to the dentist. I needed sever work done-and eventually I knew I needed braces. Don and Dr. Mathew George made me feel apart of the family. The transitions between phases were easy and thoroughly explained to me. They worked out a great payment plan, and accommodated me every which way they could. I wasnt the easiest patient to start out with But now I look forward to going to see them. Its bitter sweet that my Dental work is basically finished. I have BEAUTIFUL teeth now and took about a year when I didnt think it was even possible. Its worth it to check them out. I am very grateful for the smile they let me have. Shout out to Don- she is AMAZING. She does it all...Office manager to dental assistant. I could and have sit there and talk all day. They compliment each other very well.

On a 5 star scale, I rate Dr. George as a 6!! I have needed quite a bit of dental work for some time. I finally got the finances to get it done. I used Dr. George. Although he started the work only yesterday, he got a lot done. And, I am extremely ecstatic about the job he has done so far. He is one darn good dentist!! He is very experienced, very skillful, very patient, very nice. The same goes for his staff! The finances are very, very good and very doable. I recommend Dr. George highly to anyone considering having dental work done. I am a retired pharmacist of 35+ years experience. One thing I do know is doctors and dentists. He is the best I have ever used!!!

My husband, Tommy who is also a patient of Dr. George, told me about Plano Dental Loft. He had a wonderful experience and recommended that I go there. The best thing about Dr. George is that he is very caring and explains every thing up-front. He took good care of me and his office has extended hours. I dont know many places that are open on weekends or past 5pm! Its very convenient for us. The staff is wonderful. Very clean and nice office. You can watch TV while they clean your teeth and the chair massages your back. Its very relaxing! Dr. George uses the latest technology. I am very satisfied with his services and highly recommended him.
