I love Dr. Yasso. Before my friend recommended Dr. Yasso, veterinary exams were a disaster. I had anxiety around the entire experience. My dog was completely traumatized by vets and vet technicians who would not take the time to examine a difficult dog. He was labelled "a biter" at his usual vet, and the vet told me to put a muzzle on my dog, and to tranquilize him before coming in. It was a disaster. I couldnt figure out why these folks wouldnt take some time to deal with my Buster, a cute little half Lhaso, half poodle, who was only 20 lbs, and loved everyone. At my former vet, I was also used to waiting in the waiting room with at least 25 other people for hours. I tried Dr. Yasso on the advice of a friend, and what a difference. Her office was peaceful and lovely. She took our appointment right on time. She sat on the floor with Buster and treated him like a friend. Our 45 minute to an hour appointments have been spent with Dr. Yasso sitting on the floor with him, taking the time to ask me questions, getting to know and learn everything about him. Buster ended up letting Dr. Yasso examine every part of his body, even his mouth. She has advised me on every challenge Ive had with him, and gave him the best most compassionate care hes ever receieved. He had some bad teeth, and she did some tooth extractions, and he recovered 100%. He was eating by the next day of recovery, and has had zero complications. I am entirely grateful to this special vet. I think she is gifted and has a special heart and ability for these wonderous creatures who we love so much and entrust to their caregivers. I wish I had heard about her from the beginning of my adoption of Buster.

Dr. Yasso absolutely loves every dog that walks through her doors and is open to helping you and discussing every single question and thought you have. The staff is super nice and very gently with all the dogs that come in. My dog is very nervous and sensitive and when she is with Dr. Yasso she is calm and happy. They are pretty busy though so you have to make your appointments ahead of time. Also if you have a very skittish dog you might have to take your dog to a groomer to get their nails trimmed because they were unable to trim my dogs front paws since she was too nervous.

I love this vet! Even though we moved a few cities away, I make the drive out to circle of friends. All the staff is very friendly. Although you usually have to book a week to two weeks in advance, if I have an emergency, they have always been able to squeeze me in somewhere. This is the only place I 100% trust to not lie to get more money. Dr. Yasso and her staff are committed to animal safety and are successful enough to not need to trick people into spending extra money on their pet!

You couldnt ask for a more devoted Vet than Dr Yasso! She is down on the floor ( with big dogs), gentle and kind to the Pats and their owners. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Their prices, in my opinion, are fair and reasonable. Dr Yasso earns every dollar she makes! Its a very busy office for a good reason.

Alison Yasso is a brilliant woman, who diagnosed a medical problem in one of my dogs before I even knew there was anything wrong! All the staff are caring and knowledgable. She is booked pretty heavily because shes so good, but if your pet needs important or difficult care, this is the place to go.

My cat went into liver failure and all the local experts said the best thing to do is put her down. Dr. Yaso said, if you are willing to do the work, we will see what we can do. That was 5 years ago. Zuzu is a healthy, happy girl today. Dr. Yaso is the best!

this vet is very good it is clean Alison spends a lot of time with the dog and searches for everything. my only problem is you have too book months in advance so if your dog is sick your out a vet.
