I couldnt have been happier with the service and staff at Dr. Quedeers hospital. I took my neapolitan mastiff, Charger in for an ear crop, and from the 1st phone call I made to his office his staff was very kind and answered all of my questions and addressed all of my concerns. Dr. Quedeers knowledge of ear cropping was far beyond what i expected and i was very grateful that Dr. Quedeer took the time to explain the many different styles of ear cropping. His staff even went out of their way to go online and allow me to search on their computer for the type of look i wanted to assure it would be done properly and to my liking. I never felt rushed or pressured to make up my decision to get the procedure done there. I felt very comfortable and knew that i found the right place and right doctor to take care of my Charger. Thank you to everyone at SAVH for making our experience a very pleasant one.

If I could give this place -5 Stars I would. They are only out for your money and thats it they do not have your animals best interest at heart. I decided to take my dog here because the pricing was more reasonable until I realize that they were going to gouge me out of every penny that I had or at least tried to. All i wanted is for my dog to heal and get better and all they wanted was money. Its unfortunate how is it is for a vet to take advantage of somebody because of the fact that you dont know anything about animals the way that they do so they of course use that to their advantage. A good example of this is just like mechanics that take advantage of people that dont know anything about cars. I encourage everyone to second-guess everything that the doctors say there or anywhere for that matter.

I wanna thank Dr. Quedeer and hospital staff for helping my dog. I took my 1 yr old dog that went blind and got glaucoma to a few hospitals and after getting a quotes of over $2000 or the option of putting my dog to sleep someone told me about Santa Ana veterinary hops. I took my dog there and Dr. Quedeer helped me and my dog and did the surgery needed so that my dog didnt have to be put down. He made it affordable an charged me mote than half off than what the other hospitals quote me on, and that even included the medicine. Now my dog lives a happy life. I really recommend this place, the prices are way lower than any other place and the treatment and service they gave me and my dog were great. Id give 6 star rating but can only put 5 on here :)

Brought our puppy here for the puppy package they offered, and couldnt be happier with the pricing and service we received. Dr. Rana is super friendly, and rest of staff was nice as well, the wait was about ten minutes but they offered us water bottles and balloons for the kids. That made them happy. They even gave us a free puppy goody bag with a few gifts and a first visit certificate with his name on it. A lot of nice touches. Glad we chose this place to be our puppys vet.

I dont live in the area, but was staying nearby for a few days as part of long trip, and wanted to get my 5 month old husky checked out. Best vet Ive ever been to. Pricing was much lower than we expected and the doctor gave us such great care while we were there, and even followed up after. Wish we lived closer so I could make this my regular vet!
