Run!!! I had a cleaning early in the week, and later in the week I went back to have a filling replaced. The dentist told me that I had a lot of buildup and I needed to come in for a cleaning while I was getting the filling. There are only two reasons for this. 1 - Their cleaning did little more than brush my teeth. or 2 - They want to charge me for another cleaning and sucker me into another fluoride treatment. BTW you can buy their fluoride treatment on Amazon for about 25 bucks (for the whole can, not just one treatment). Now onto the filling. They could not numb me, so I was told... "dont worry, it will be over soon" as she continued to carve away at my teeth. Apparently they can offer you gas, but you have to ask for it. Now onto the quality of the filling... I have been back 2x for them to fine tune the filling so that I can bite down. And guess what.. I still cant bite down. The dentist is now telling me that I need several root canals and bridges. WTF. One year ago I was given a clean bill of health, now every tooth in my mouth needs to be worked on or replaced? This place is extremely pushy. I almost felt like I was on a used car lot with a herd of salesmen chasing me. Avoid this place at all cost!!!

The experience with this dentist was nothing short of deplorable. I had chosen them because of location, but wish I would have read the reviews first. I scheduled an appt. for a cleaning, which in my experience usually takes about 30 mins. I was there for two hours and all they did was take pics of my teeth. The girl doing them kept messing up and said she had only been on the job for four months. Once that was done the dentist looked at all of the pics (no one ever actually even looked in my mouth!) and she told me I had 5 fillings that needed to be replaced and a cracked tooth. That was odd to me because I have NEVER had any fillings in my life before! I asked her how she could tell all of that just from looking at pictures & she said to me condescendingly, you cant tell this is a cavity, what do you think it is then? I told her I had never had any cavities before, but she still wanted me to move forward with scheduling all of that work to be done and the cleaning as well. I walked out and you should to if you go there and the same happens. I will definitely drive a little farther to go back to my previous dentist who is reputable. The dentist and her staff at Park Place should be ashamed of themselves.

Run away from Park Place Dentistry..Poor quality as pointed out by my subsequent Dentists. Failed crowns, roots left in in root canals. extra cleanings and anything they can find or think of to keep you coming back for expensive procedures.Dr Masi and team sell you fluoride treatment of dubious quality and efficacy. They get you in the chair and tell you you MUST have it. You say no they say yes.. Both my wife and I always had recurring dental pain and problems after a visit to Park Place.. Also They are EXPENSIVE..charging far more than other dentists.. I have gone to two dentists since that corrected all the sloppy and poor workmanship. I have pain been free and now only go back for routine visits. charming dentist and an evil dental practice. There are thousand of Dentists in Orange county. get a recommendation and go see a legitimate dentist.

Ive had great experiences at Park Place Dentistry! Everyone there is incredibly kind and helpful, and extremely knowledgeable. They make you feel comfortable and calm from the minute you walk in the door. PPD has the most up to date equipment, which I have found makes for a shorter cleaning appt than Ive found at other dentists. Something that really amazed me is that they have essential oils to aid in their treatment/cleaning if needed - I had a strong gag reflex while taking x-rays, and just a few sniffs of an essential oil completely took care of it - awesome. Ask for Kathy as your hygienist, she is absolutely stellar! She took the time to explain everything she was doing so that I understood, which I really appreciate. I highly recommend PPD!

Dr. Masi never mentions in her profile that she has pediatric dentistry expertise, today I give her the certification. I had pause bringing my daughters age 5 and 7 to "my dentist"....I give her 5 stars as a dental professional for adults but she won over my children that needed serious dental work and made it fun, easy and tear free! Dr. Masi is the best all around dental professional, she is kind, honest, professional and a pleasure to visit. I recommend Dr.Masi to adults and families that need a best in class dentist.

I have NEVER had a good experience with a dentist until I came to Park Place Dentistry. Ive been living in New York for a few years now but refuse to go to anyone else. That being said she is very accommodating to fit me in the few times a year I am in town visiting. Dr. Hashemian is awesome in so many ways. My visits are always extremely pleasant. Personally, she is as sweet as can be and is extremely gentle when doing work. My teeth has never felt and looked so good. Thank you so much Dr. Hashemian! I will definitely CONTINUE to recommend her to my friends and family.

Ive been going to Dr. Masi over the last few years. I work just up the street, and there location convenient, their staff friendly, and their prices are fair. Mostly my work is covered under insurance, but for the items that are not fully covered (such as Invisalign) - they were competitive compared to others I had quoted in the area. I didnt want a smile design type of dentist, just someone to keep em straight and clean - and Dr. Masis group does a great job. Flexible with appointments, and Ive had a great experiences with all the staff. Recommended.

She is the worst dentist I have ever gone to! Not only is she incompetent but very rude. I had a crown fall off twice just a few months after she put it on and shw refused to make a new one and said it was my fault. It fell off the first time while eating a bagel! This year I had to have a root canal fixed becausr she does not do a good job at anything. I got a severe bone infection because of her bad work on my root canal. As other people have said... RUN! You only have one set of teeth dont let a bad dentist ruin them.
