The doctor (rick is his fake name jin guo is his actual name) here is a joke, he couldnt even tell what was wrong with my arm so he lied to me saying i have tendinitis (wrong) and a week later i saw a way better doctor that was actually determined to find out what was truly wrong. On top of that their customer service is so unprofessional and rude Im puzzled on how they can even satisfy clients with the tone they take just discussing options of steering around a appointment because financially i cant go I for another 40 dollar co pay just to get my $1.85 prescription refilled and they could care less what works for me. Seems like all they are interested in is me spending more money. He said my thumb was the problem when i can move it freely with 0 pain. Ha save yourself some time and go to any other clinic to better your health or fix a medical issue. Oh and i was there for 3 hours for 10 minutes of the "doctors" time p.s. dr rick hardly even listened to what i was saying

I got rash over my chest and stomach so I went to the clinic to see if I could get some medicine. I dont have health insurance so they Charged me $135 for the visit. The doctor came in and spent 5 minutes with and decided that it is a fungal infection and she perscribed a vaginal fungal pill that I am supposed to take once a week for a month. Well, after a week the rash is far worse and all they can say is, you will have to come back in for another $135 dollar visit..... Dont waste your time here they have no idea what they are doing there.

My husband had a work related injury and Dr. Schaaf has been nothing but against his health. My first and most biggest complain is that he is hurt and has appointments to help him heal that now he has to reschedule because she told us hed have another week off of work and then wrote paperwork for him to be AT WORK!!! Shes the least consistent doctor Ive ever met and doesnt care about my husbands health as much as Romacs profit.

Had to use them for a pre employment drug test. The locations closest to me closed at 5pm and where not open on weekends. So i was forced to fo to Lynwood. When I called they told me to be ready to pee upon arrival. I was. 2 hours later I am still waiting to do my drug test. There had only been a small handful of people in the waiting room with me. This is seriously unacceptable.

Slow service with a simple walk-in drug screen. Even says no appointment needed on the paperwork needed for the test. Two hours is way too long if you think no appointment is needed. After reviewing other peoples complaints about long wait times, and the owner promising to review and correct these issues, I wonder if management knows how to handle that kind of business.

It defiantly wasnt the best clinic but it worked when the hospitals were all closed for the weekends. Though some guy threw a hissy that he had to wait an hour the short handed staff was very nice and prompt when helping me. The Dr though seemed very unexperienced when it came to simple pre-dr stuff like weight and height.

I had a reasonable wait time, the staff were friendly, my Dr. was knowledgeable, and the person who drew my blood was very good at finding a vein on her first try which has usually been an issue with me. I am very happy with my experience and I will go here again if I ever need to.

My mom recently had a spine surgery and I was worrying about how to send her to a rehab facility so far away. Im glad I found out Lynnwood Medical Center offers specialty and rehab care now too! Its just a gem for people needing physical therapy!

I have had great visits at this facility Doctor Schaff is super. She takes the time to listen and is very personable. Physical therapy staff is great also They care and you can tell by their out standing repour they have with their clients ..

Clean, organized, nice lady at the front desk. 130$ charge of you dont have ins. Which isnt too bad being that I just walked in on a saturday! Great location, lots of parking.
