Monday morning I showed up at the walk in dental clinic at 8am, the posted hours are 7am to 7pm however both the dental and medical walk in clinics were closed. I called the # posted online and after waiting on hold for nearly 10 minutes a lady answered and let me know they would not be opening until 10AM. I replied "seriously?" When the lady says "yes Im serious theres snow" and then immediately hung up on me. Perhaps seriously wasnt my best response, however I was not trying to be rude. I am 38weeks pregnant and hadnt barely slept in 2 nights because I had such an awful toothache. I had literally been counting down the hours until I was able to head into the clinic to have the tooth looked at. I was super disappointed but not completely oblivious to the weather conditions. Its been a few days and Im still pretty upset with the way I was treated over the phone. Fortunately I was able to find another clinic that had opened and was able to see me promptly despite the weather conditions. Because of the way I was treated when I was already feeling pretty down I will not be visiting community health center for any reason, nor would I recommend them to anyone else.

Poor!! the receptionist were unwelcoming. The only good part was our MA. She was very professional and good with my daughter. We took my daughter in for a cold and a rash on her back. The doctor treated her cold like it was nothing and told us to not even bother giving her medicine because she was too young for cough medicine and unless her temp was over 101 then its pointless. Even though she was not eating or sleeping because of her cold. And then he told my daughter she was too cute to be my kid! what a jerk.Then continued by telling me i need to quit smoking and maybe me and my daughter wouldnt have such a bad cough.. I have never had a cigarette before in my life!! He just assumed i was a smoker because im a young mom! Oh and he told me I told me I bathe my children too much and that i should only bathe them twice a week!!! the worst experience i have ever had with a doctor!

This clinic is NOT very good! When I arrived the receptionist was helpful, informative and professional. I got called back within 5 minutes and the nurse was nice and did her job well, that is where the fun all ended. I had earlier smashed my left hand and it was very swollen so the doctor came in and looked at my hand and told me that it was good that I decided to come in instead of going to the ER. Well after he examined my left hand he told me that I have to go to the ER to get my hand X-Rayed and told me that they are NOT good at wrapping or casting hands so I have to go to the ER to fix my hand. Then the doctor gave me some pain medicine told me he gave me Percocet when he actually gave me Vicodin which kinda scares me because he didnt even seem to know the difference. Then I had to wait 45 min to get my refferal. I would NOT recommend this clinic!

While I havent seen the downstairs doctors, the DENTAL clinic here is fabulous. The people are compassionate, competent, gentle, and use state of the art equipment. Their sliding scale also makes it easy for low income people to get the care they need--up to 50% off repair with $20 exams and cleanings=a steal of a deal. If you have private insurance, I would really suggest you support this place, not only because Dr Liu and Dr Albie (not sure I spelled it right) are great (Dr Liu went on vacation for a couple months so I had to swap), but because you letting your insurance cover your care will also allow them to keep their doors open to give top notch treatments to families who may otherwise have to forgo dental treatment to keep food on the table.

My 5 year old son had the biggest part of his tooth missing and was a few weeks short of his 6 month exam and they wanted to make him do it again and schedule weeks out for him to get it fixed. He was in pain and the receptionist didnt care where rude mean inconsiderate girls who when i said my husband got his tooth fixed same day tried to say with a rude attitude LET ME LOOK HIM UP CAUSE YOUR NOT BEING TRUTHFUL. whys would I lie? my son is in pain. They did not help him in anyway. Both ganged up on me and treated us like crap. And they acted entitled and rude. NEVER GO HERE EVER!!!!!!!

Be careful, they use bait and switch...talk you into procedures they say are covered by your insurance then later they bill you for it. When you complain they say they only are estimating and you should have called your insurance. They know when your in the dental chair you cant verify anything, your trusting what they tell you. The dentist is also rushed to get you done as quickly as possible so he can get as many people pushed thru as possible.

Place is super slow. Waited for over 2 hours to be seen. Once I got back there staff was good and Dr was great, but overall the place is disorganized. I went upstairs to pharmacy and they are complete idiots. The lady wont give me my prescription and tried to give me the wrong one all together. Im in alot of pain and just want to go home! This place is ridiculous

staff was pleasant and I was only waiting for about 15min before I was seen. Doctor was helpful and showed genuine concern for my well being and helped me with options to make my life a little easier while we wait on test results, however on that note I am STILL waiting on test results which is slightly frustrating.

Its really great and all if you want to skip the emergency room but they usually only have physicians assistants there and only have a doctor there every few days. One of the PAs is really terrible and wouldnt look at my kid cause she was crying. Good if you only need a cold or something treated.

Horrible experience not customer friendly doctor and nurse dont communicate well hassle people that are trying to get dental taken care of. Waited 30 minutes to sit in the chair and be told I would have to wait more hours for the dental procedure I was schedule for. Not a good experience.

The staff are exceptionally rude, unhelpful, and just a pain to deal with. Complete idiots, too. Called my mom in for an appointment by accident and did not care that they wasted her time + forcing her to miss a day of work. Not even an apology for their mistake. Ugh. Completely useless.

I have taken my daughter and son there and the equipment as well as the staff has been great, i had one time a little of an attitude issue with a receptionist, but never with the dentists or the assistants . And i have never waited too long , ill be happy to take my kids there again

I went in to receive a referral and it took almost 3 weeks for the referral to be sent in and there was missing information, once it was received. I called the location to send my referral in again and it took a week after that to hear back from anything.
