My mother and I have been referred to this office by a good acquaintance of ours about two years ago, and we have been coming back here ever since. I have seen Dr. Natalia Hoffman, Orthodontist, who was extremely professional, patient, very pleasant and attentive to detail doctor. Today she removed my braces and I am extremely happy with the result. I loved being a patient of Dr. Nelly and Dr. Raev as well. What I appreciated the most is that none of the doctors I have seen at that office tried to "persuasively advise" to me or my mother to purchase products and/or undergo additional procedures beyond what was necessary, but instead they introduced an array of all possibilities and explained each one of them, and then I made my own decisions which fit my priorities and budget. It clearly demonstrates high level of professional ethics of all doctors. I visited the office every month, and I had an opportunity to get attended by virtually every nurse/dental assistant over two years, and every single one of them addressed me and other patients by name, with the smile and genuine positive attitude, which along with their kindness and professionalism made my experience positively different than at any other office I have visited before. What I really liked is that none of the assistance took a "shortcut" when it comes to instructions and proper procedure. They would make sure I understood everything and have no questions unanswered. Front desk attendants have been great and helpful answering every question I had at any time. They are extremely efficient and pleasant - thank you, Alie, Sarah and Nichole for your prompt reminders and attention! It is worth noting that the staff at this office is very diverse and speak every major language which I am sure is very helpful to many patients. The office in general is very bright, neat, there is always pleasant music playing. I have never had a problem to find an on-street parking. The cost of services at this office is not low at all, but certainly reasonable, and there are promotions and discounts available. My experience with this office has been very good so far and I would recommend it without reservations to others. I am traveling from Cape to see these doctors, and every hour I spent in traffic every time I drive to Brighton is totally worth it!

Worst experience of my entire life. They are among the most unprofessional group of people Ive ever met. From the doctors/hygienists to the receptionists. I went in for a filling and they told me that they have to consult with the other doctor before they can start ANYTHING. I wasnt experiencing any pain yet they prescribed me Hydrocodone and I was on my way home. They are very unfriendly and the doctor, Cassandra Myer kept telling the receptionist about all of my dental problems! I overheard them speaking and when I came out, the receptionist kept giving me "dental advice". I was very upset. Never never never coming to this dentistry again and I do not recommend it to anyone. ------------- EDIT: After I posted this truthful review, I called back a few months later for a follow up appointment because my insurance was restricted to one dentistry. When they answered, they said "none of the doctors want to work with you" and "that im not welcomed here anymore". I was in complete shock. This is how you treat your patients? If I could go to a different dentist, I would. Extremely rude, and NOT GENTLE. AGAIN, DO NOT COME HERE!

I went to Gentle Dental because my significant partner suggested I try it. I have MAJOR anxiety about going to the dentist, because of this I needed some major work done. I made an appointment. On the day of, I was so sick to my stomach with anxiety. When I met Dr. Rayev, I thought he was very professional and nice. He told me what I needed to get done first, so I would lose my tooth. Dr. Rayev was so nice. He knew I was anxious. He kept asking me if I was ok and if I felt any pain. I was so impressed by his professionalism and how concerned he was with my comfort. I cannot thank him enough, I still hate going to the dentist, but Dr. Rayev has made is much easier for me to deal with my anxiety. I cannot imagine going to anyone else. I dont think I told him what a difference he made the experience for me. THANK YOU Dr. Rayev!! SEE YOU SOON!!!

I went in to Gentle Dental last week because I had a severe toothache. They took a X-ray of my tooth, spent all of two minutes with me and telling me that I need a root canal. The dentist told me to take some ibprofin for the pain and I was charged $65 for the visit. I However, two days later I went to an endodontist with my gentle dental x-ray in hand and they were shocked because my tooth was very badly infected and the dentist at Gentle Dental hadnt presribed anti-biotics or helped me to get an emergency appointment. At this point the infection was even worse and has moved into my jaw. I would NOT recommend Gental Dental to anyone that has an emergency dental situation!!!

Such a GREAT experience I had in Brighton office! Peasant front desk staff, very attentive dental assistants, and great doctors. This year I had some fillings, a root canal and a crown done by Dr. Paul Rayev- a truly jeweler level of work, great quality, quick time wise and as a matter of fact actually gentle:)! I am recommending him to all my friends and family members. Dental cleaning also was a very pleasant experience ( Nellie and Marina are awesome). Many thanks to Dr. Irina Adler,who made my wisdom tooth extraction a painless experience, a great periodontist! I definitely recommend this office and so glad to be their patient:)!!! K

Star Rating will not let me select poor: Moved to the Brighton area so I scheduled a routine cleaning at Gentle Dental...after a painful (not gentle), bloody cleaning done by a woman whos english I could hardly make out, she told me I had gum disease.I had a follow up with the dentist, he said ALL of my fillings had to be replaced and one of them could need a root canal and crown...I had only gone 6 months and all my fillings needed to be replaced??? I had a friend who had the same painful cleaning and gum disease experience...I walked out of the office feeling like I was sucker punched in the jaw...I would look elsewhere.

I have been a client of Gentle Dental for the past 10 years. My daughter had a wonderful experience with braces. She has a beautiful smile today, and they continue to maintain her smile. I have had my share of problems with broken teeth,, crowns and bridges. Both Dr, Rayev and his assistant Yvonne have been there at every step! They have never dismissed my fears, and treated me with such kindness. I would never consider going anywhere else! I finally found a dental office that have both great experience and profession front office management. Every person at this Brighton office is soooo nice!

I can not say enough about this dental practice. Everyone is so friendly, professional and skilled. I have been to many dental practices over the years, but this one is TOPS. Ask for Dr. Meyer. She is young, brilliant and an incredible dentist. I love a dentist that listens and feels your pain. Also, a big shoutout to Nellie, the best dental hygienist, and the other dental assistants--first class. Feel so cared for here. Ive never written an online review before, but I hope more people can benefit from this practice and especially if you FEAR going to the dentist. Nothing to fear here.
