I needed a long past-due teeth cleaning done and is relatively new in the Brighton area. I found BFDG online with good rating and gave them a call. I told them that I dont have a dental insurance plan and want to stick with the basic cleaning, and they told me the pricing and what to expect, clearly over the phone. Phuong the office manager was friendly and professional in both helping me to scheduling the cleaning over email and welcoming me at the office. I was settled down for teeth cleaning with Tran within 10 minutes. I did not opted for the x-ray so Tran (and later Dr. Villani) relied on all other information to tell me about my oral health. It was in such a contrast with many other dentists whom I had visited in the past that got grumpy about not taking the xray. Tran did a very thorough cleaning and we had some good side conversations. She also did gum recession measurements after the cleaning. Dr. Villani then came in and gave me a overview of my oral health and welcomed me to ask any questions. I was checked out and billed the exact amount that I was told over the phone in my first phone call with BFDG. It had been my best dental visit and I strongly recommend BFDG!

The staff here are amazing. So nice and helpful. They offered to call my insurance for me to make sure I could go here. That was definitely a plus because I hate doing that. They were also able to see me right away for an X-ray I needed done, which again was great because I have a crazy work schedule and I am in some pain. I called a different dental office for a day and a half (I dont know why I tried for so long) that never even answered their phone during business hours or called me back. It was refreshing to have the phone be answered and to actually be assisted. And again everyone was so helpful; the receptionist, dental assistant, and the dentist himself (I saw Tom). Cant say enough how great this visit was. Only thing is that the building is a little hard to find the first time there, as it is surrounded by a bunch of other brick buildings. But the office manager let me know this ahead of time and sent special instructions. I still walked in circles for a good five minutes because I am directionally challenged.

I was very happy after my initial visit there today to get my teeth cleaned. The hygienist was very thorough and did not rush. She was also very gentle and accommodating. The office is very spacious and clean - it is a medical/dental office as opposed to a house converted to a dental office. It is a sterile office, no doubt about it. Everything is modern. The staff was also very nice and accommodating. I have not had any work done to my teeth besides the cleaning, but the dentist seemed very nice, and he listened to every question or concern I had.

Going to the dentist. Comon man!!! How good can that be? Well it is and then some. The staff is polite, greet you upon your entrance. They explain every procedure before they start work. Even give you a dental plan on what work they intend to do in the future. I have been going to them for 6 years and my appointments are usually the last one of the day, I have never been held later because of other patients late visits or the dental team falls behind schedule. This is one dentist visit where you always walk out smiling.

I hadnt been to the dentist since I graduated high school. I chose Brighton Family Dental based on proximity to home and good online reviews. Everyone there was super nice, professional and informative. All staff from front desk to the doctor were all excellent. Tom taught me so much about my dental health and caught me up on almost 2 decades of dodging the chair. I came away in relatively good health and they scheduled me for a follow up cleaning. So far, I am very pleased. Thank you again, Jason.

This office is always great! Phuong at the front desk is always extremely prompt, helpful, and very much on top of all the intricacies of insurance. Mihara is a wonderful hygienist! She is kind, gentle, and very calming. Sometimes I can completely zone out and nearly fall asleep while she is cleaning my teeth. Dr. Villani is also very kind and is very concerned with how you feel and wants you to be comfortable. He really values his patients feelings. I have never found such an amazing dental office!

Brighton Family Dental Group ***** (Five Stars) I could not be more pleased with their professionalism and knowledge. They are kind, caring, and do everything they can to make their patients comfortable. All of the staff is very friendly The office manager Phuong is fantastic. She is extremely knowledgeable and friendly and works overtime to make sure each patient understands the financial aspects of their treatment. I would recommend them to anyone.This is a wonderful dental practice.

For someone who has never been a fan of the dentist I actually dont mind going to see Dr. Villani and his team. They do such a thorough job cleaning and are always so nice and friendly! During my last visit I have was having some issues and Dr. Villani took the time to listen to what was going on and then also showed me his anatomy book to explain what was most likely causing the issue. It was very refreshing to have a dentist take that time out to really explain what was going on.

I had a great experience today at my cleaning and crown appointment. The office was nice enough to move some patients around so that I could be seen by both the hygienist and Dr. Villani. The cleaning was thorough and gentle and my crown fit like a charm. I cant rave enough about the doctors and staff. Its sad to say, but I look forward to my dental appts because I love the great conversation, superb professionalism and awesome staff.

I value the care I get here. Theres a nice combination of friendly and professional and courteous. I walk out feeling better than when I walked in, whether it is for a cleaning or other work. By the way, the best Ive done of late was have Invisalign to straighten my teeth. It serves more than one purpose. Along with straightening my teeth, it makes flossing easier. The time passed quickly and now Ive so pleased with the results.

I have been seeing Dr. Villani for over 20 years. One of the things I value and appreciate about his dental care is that he communicates and educates with every visit. The perfect dental office! I moved to Brighton several years ago and found this office because of its location. I always have wonderful experiences with Dr. Villani and staff. The staff is professional, clinic is clean and up to date. I have since moved to Braintree, but I still make the drive because they are just so worth it. I highly recommend them to everyone I know!
