After neglecting the dentist for 10+ years, I finally decided to go since one of my teeth was starting to bother me. I went online to try and find a trustworthy dentist that was in my network (Cigna). I ended up settling here after a friend recommended it to me and it was a great experience. Once I made my appointment and came in, it was a smooth and easy process. They have come a long way in 10 years when it comes to technology. They even had a TV facing the floor for when you are in the patient chair. They started with x-rays of my teeth. If I didnt gag so much from my gag reflex, everything wouldve been done easier. The hygienist, Holly, was really caring and forgiving of me making her job harder. Once we finished x-rays, she gave my teeth a thorough cleaning and was able to answer all of my questions. Once Dr. Sater came in, he told me what I had wrong with my teeth and what needed to be done to fix them. He recommended that I see a specialist that comes into their office and does root canals for them. Dr. Sater was very personable and knew his stuff. He was very knowledgeable about the condition of my teeth and what I needed to do to fix them. After getting all of my information from the Dr., I saw the office manager, Jenn who was very helpful and informative. She was able to give me a breakdown of what my cost was going to be on all my future visits. She was also able to recommend other doctors in the area for other treatments that I may need in the future. Ill be sticking with them for awhile.

Amazing staff and service. Was a bit of a drive from Fort Worth, but totally worth it!! I heard of Dr Sater through a friend who has been seeing him for years and has always said great things. He was very professional and knowledgeable regarding some increased sensitivity i had been experiencing for a few months. Turns out, Im a pretty bad grinder at night and managed to wear down a large enough layer of my teeth that I am now in a night guard! I have seen him a few times since, for regular check ups and cleanings and if I could give a higher rating than 5 stars I would!! At my last visit, I mentioned a concern I had regarding some of my front teeth being pushed out a bit; without even looking at my chart, he named off #8 and #14 (tooth numbers) as if he already knew what I was going to say. He told me that he studied my chart (and that he cant help but do that to everyone) and he in fact DID already know what I was going to say!! I dont know about you, but I havent had many doctors that actually remember my name much less the facts regarding the alignment of my teeth! Being at a dentist office isnt usually a very exciting experience to yelp about... but when you find someone that makes you feel comfortable and safe digging inside your mouth... and like they genuinely care... they immediately become noteworthy on yelp. Highly recommend. (Ps. Ladies, hes not bad to look at either).

Rush Creek Dentistry provided a professional and comfortable experience that eliminated my fear of the dentist. I have had experiences in other offices that involved unidentified pain during a procedure, a distracted clinician, and disjointed care; however, I did not have any of the listed at Rush Creek. The waiting room was a pleasant, open space with many happy distractions (ie. magazines, wifi); the supporting staff was kind and professional; the text-reminder system was very convenient--everything outside of the procedure itself made me feel at ease. In addition, being 7 months pregnant, I required some exceptional accommodations, and the staff provided seamless coordination of care with other clinicians. Dr. Sater was wonderful from beginning to end. He told me what to expect before, during, and after the procedure; moments of potential discomfort were verbalized to me before the fact; and I felt that he was very thorough and provided me with superior quality of care. I would highly recommend Rush Creek Dentistry and Dr. Sater to anyone seeking excellent dental care.

went here because some one recommended it. They took pictures of my teeth and showed them to me. It did not look like my teeth as the teeth in the pictures were covered in a yellow plaque. They then tried to tell me I have multiple cavities and need a deep cleaning. I keep up with my dental hygiene and floss so this is not correct. The office refused to clean my teeth unless I agreed to this deep cleaning and fillings which is $1600.00+. Since moving to TX I have seen this practice of refusing services of any kind unless I agree to the entire package. I paid the office visit of 59.00 then was told by the receptionist (who was very annoyed I was not staying) she would e mail to me my X-rays; she never did. I found this whole experience to be nothing more than a theatrical production in an attempt to part me from my money. The next dentist I went to showed me with a dental mirror and X-rays, that I have none of those problems. Then they proceeded to clean my teeth.

I took my daughter to Rush Creek Dentistry and I loved it so much that I ended switching doctors for myself. The office is in a great location. It is very clean and up to date with the equipment. As soon as you walk in you are greeted with smiling, friendly staff. Even upon exiting its nothing but smiles. The scheduling was easy, the front desk got me in right away. I was explained thoroughly what my appointment would consist of. The hygienist was amazing with my cleaning. I was impressed! My teeth felt CLEAN. The doctor was wonderful. You can tell he takes pride in his work and patients. He wanted me to ask questions, I guess to make sure I understood the nature of my visit. The billing department had no problem verifying my insurance benefits prior to my appointment which was terrific. I was in and out! I would definitely recommend this doctor and his office staff to all.

I recently moved to the Arlington area and was searching for a new dentist when I happened to drive by Rush Creek Dentistry and looked it up online. I saw that it had really great reviews and offered many different services. It was very easy to schedule an appoinment and complete paperwork. There was little to no wait time at all. The office was very clean and organized. All of the office staff were super friendly and made me feel very comfortable. Jenny was my hygienist and she did a phenomenal job! She did a very thorough exam and explained everything to me. Dr. Sater was also wonderful! He was very caring and knowledgeable and took his time to focus on my needs. He spent more time with me than any dentist Ive been to. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a new dentist. My experience here was excellent!

Im very nervous about dentist and my last dentist had moved so I have been reluctant to go to another. Knowing my son and I were way past do I stopped in to Rush Creek Dentistry. I was I had done this sooner--the entire staff is very friendly, courteous and helpful. The hygienist didnt even yell at me lol. She actually explained more to me about my teeth and gums then anyone. Dr Sater was wonderful , I was completely comfortable with him where Im usually nervous and weary. My son also liked him and said he was funny. They were all very helpful with getting my son to understand the importance of his teeth where he hasnt. He has been brushing extra even now. Im glad now I have somewhere to go for my dental needs and know the patient is very important to them. Dave Godek and Hayden Godek
