The Craftons have provided dental care to our family of 5 since we moved to Maryland in 2009. This dental practice is the best we have ever experienced. People in this office seem to genuinely enjoy their jobs and they treat people with kindness and respect. The great teamwork among the staff is always on display. Many members off the staff (hygienists, techs, etc) have been there since our family started going to this office five years ago. This practice is extremely organized. They dont overbook their schedule assuming that a certain percentage of their patients wont show up. Its hard to miss an appointment because they provide timely reminders days in advance. Because of this approach, its rare that I wait more than 2 minutes before seeing a hygienist or Doctor Lisa. Things tend to run right on time, again, a sign of a well run practice. Its my impression that Dr. Lisa and Dr. Casey stay on top of cutting edge technologies and techniques in their profession. They express genuine interest in their patients and always do excellent work. I could not be happier with the Crafton Dental team. Give them a try...youll be happy you did.

I took my 19 month old daughter to Crafton Dental for her first dental visit and I was blown away! First, I was extremely impressed with how friendly and patient both Megan and Jane were when scheduling my appointment . Its always reassuring when the front desk is friendly both over the phone and in person. The office was extremely clean (including the bathroom) and fun for children. When it was time for us to take her to the back, we were greeted by the very friendly Darlene. She was so great with my daughter and really made us feel comfortable. Then walked in Dr. Casey Crafton- WOW! He was absolutely amazing. He took a look into my daughters mouth and knew exactly what was going on. He was so patient, knowledgeable and worked so well with my daughter. As soon as I left the office, I called a friend and referred her to Crafton Dental!

We wouldnt go anywhere else! We have been bringing our sons to Dr. Casey since our oldest was about 2 years old - hes now almost 14 years old! Dr. Casey has a way with the kids that make them feel comfortable and safe. He makes them laugh! Laurrel has been our main hygienist showing compassion and care for the boys. Darlene is also very kind and caring along with Heather, Annie, Megan and Susan. I started seeing Dr. Lisa Crafton who is well-skilled and a very kind and genuine person. Jane is always friendly and helpful with the paperwork aspect and knows everyones names! I finally convinced my husband to come on board and he wished he would have come sooner. Great place to go and truly caring and genuine people!

Absolutely exceptional customer service, and the best dental care around! This practice focuses on every detail for an awesome customer experience. Dr. Crafton is an amazing dentist with a calming chair-side manner. The staff makes the entire visit a truly wonderful experience. They are educated, polite, professional, and reassure the patient throughout the entire process. They are focused on customer care, and make sure you know exactly what is gong on at all times. The office is very nice and new; it doesnt have that stereotypical "dreaded dentist office" vibe. It is bright, spacious, and filled with people that are focused on taking care of you. This is hands down, the best Dentist Office around!

If youre child has special needs there is no place better to go than Crafton Dental.The wonderful people at Crafton Dental have taken care of my two sons who have severe autism for 8 years. Dr. Casey Crafton quickly became my older sons buddy when he said he needed 8 crowns. Our previous dentist had said he was fine. Peter didnt talk, so he could explain that he was in pain. Peter was a different boy after is treatment, at it meant so much to us. Through the years we have struggled through kicks, screams, orthodontics problems with no possibility of braces, and a complete refusal by my sons to allow x-rays, and Dr. Crafton and his truly incredible staff has overcome them all.

Ive been going here for about six years or so now, and its never been a pain. Everybody is always very friendly, and no matter who is working on me, I feel confident that they know what theyre doing. Theyre efficient with their work, and most appointments go by very quickly. One bad thing is that the waiting times can sometimes get a bit long, but honestly thats to be expected with any medical/dental appointment. And its not all bad because their waiting room has a GameCube and a PS2, and I believe a few games for each console, so killing time before the appointment is actually fun. All in all a very good place that Im glad Ive spent so much time with!

This is a terrific dental & ortho practice. They are a husband/wife team who can take care of the entire family. Dr. Lisa takes care of me and my husband; Dr. Casey sees our three kids. Weve been seeing them both for about 10 years and have been extremely satisfied with the care. Their staff is phenomenal - always friendly and professional. Everyone there knows their stuff and we have complete confidence in their advice. In the past, we have had some negative experiences with dental practices that are either overly aggressive or overly cautious - we find their treatment philosophy to be reasonable and moderate. We highly recommend them!

I took my 2.5 year old here for his first dental appointment and it went great. They were so wonderful with him while they examined and cleaned his teeth. They have a really great play area for kids while they wait (or in my case, while I filled out all of the paperwork). Afterward they let him choose a prize from the treasure chest. Overall, the facility was really bright and clean and the staff was very friendly and efficient. I wasnt a huge fan of the pay first, bill the insurance for a refund thing, but the experience was really good, so Im willing to look past that.

We have had nothing but great experiences with Crafton Dental. When I found out that two of my children needed braces, I searched Howard County and had consultations at multiple practices. We decided to go with Crafton Dental and have not been disappointed. Everyone is caring, friendly, and helpful. They always run on time and get you in and out quickly but with good care. As I drag along two younger children as well, I never have to worry since the fun waiting room keeps them entertained during their sisters appointments.

I took my 2 year old to his first dentist appointment yesterday with Dr. Casey Crafton. The office is nice and the staff is very friendly. The whole process took a little bit longer than expected, but it was because each staff member and Dr. Casey took extra time to talk to me and answer my questions. Taking the time to make sure our experience started off on the right foot made me feel like they really value us as patients. Overall, the entire staff did a great job welcoming us to the practice.

Extraordinary customer service. Went in for a consultation for a permanent retainer that broke after 20 years. They rectified the issue immediately, rather than making me come back for a separate appointment. The front desk staff were tremendous-extremely polite and efficient. Only waited for five minutes past my appointment time which in my experience, is unheard of. Will be returning when my son will inevitably need braces and will recommend them to anyone who needs orthodontist services.
