I almost never write negative comments about a business. My experience was some the people working at this dental office are the most incompetent bunch of folks I’ve ever encountered. They scheduled an appointment for both me and my child but he was cancelled by them. Dental assistant singing in my ear while putting the ex-ray film in my mouth to take pictures. They didn’t accommodate me by letting my child sit in the space while I was getting serviced. They advised him to stand up the entire time instead. “Negative” I spoke to 2 dental assistant idiots with mad attitude, terrible customer service etiquette. While preparing to get fully serviced they heavily vexed my spirit with disregard and dismissiveness to my needs. I attempted to explain to Dr. Warner my issue and with further resistance and he told me I’m sorry I have other customers. I said well you just lost two, and we both walked out. I don’t understand why such opposition from black business owner..smh.

I booked appointment and had to reschedule it because I had a subpoena to go to court which I had explained that to the receptionist she said that was fine then next thing you know I received a bill in the mail that I broke my appointment when I asked the receptionist today on the reschedule day she told me that the reason why my appointment was changed was not enough to not get charged then I asked her will I be getting my cleaning then today she told me NO I asked her why she said because they was already booked up for six months and we can reschedule another day for it I told her I do not want to get reschedule another day because thats what I came in today for and then the other receptionist jump in rudely and was like Miss Williams we cannot do your cleaning today (roll eyes and neck movement) so I was like okay thank you and I walked out....All they want is your money and can careless about Customer service....

DR. Warner office is great, not only is this a Black owned business but this business is innovating all around. This team has been a great help to me and my 5 year old daughter, care was phenomenal, pay arrangements are very helpful, plus the expertise, knowledge and care goes a long way. I read some bad reviews prior to my first visit, but being as though I am a REBEL that THINKS for myself I tried the experience for myself( not to mention it was convenient, right down the street from me- keeping it a 100) overall the service is great, and if it was crappy before( per reviews), it has certainly progressed.

Dr. Gary Warner and his staff are always very professional and friendly when im in for my appointments. I have been going to this dental office for 8 years and can honeslty say that im more then please with the way my dental needs have been handled. In 2008 I broke my front tooth Dr. Warner had to do a root canal and I needed a crown. He sugessted I have a veneer on the adjacent tooth so that my smile wouldnt look off. I must say the best decsion I ever made. No one can tell my front teeth arent real. Lol! I have been his patient ever since. He is a class act!

Poor customer service. Ive called their offices several times, have been hung up on. When they dont answer the phone and you leave them a message, they dont return phone calls. Theyve confirmed appointments with me on days that their offices are closed. Never returning here again and I suggest you dont either! Theyre luck they received 1 star!

If you can go to a another dentist office, I would recommend you going. Unprofessional staff and files were on the floor the two times I came in. I originally came here becsuse it was black owned but I refuse to give my hard worked money to that kind of service.
