I am a new customer, of Dr. Williams, and her hygienist and she have provided outstanding customer service and support to me. I had a temporary crown that broke, after a week, and they immediately made arrangements for me to get it repaired. Unfortunately, I am very disappointed, with the receptionist (Melissa), who doesnt demonstrate good telephone etiquette by not identifying herself when answering the telephone. It is important, to obtain the name of the person, answering the telephone for various reasons for follow-ups, etc. Today (October 31, 2016) I called Beautiful Smiles, to follow-up on a returned call from their office regarding my permanent crown, and Melissa didnt identify herself. I asked her twice who I was speaking to, after giving my name, and advising I was returning a phone call from their business. She was discourteous, obnoxious and rude but eventually rendered her name. I would expect and hope other customers are not communicated, with or treated the way I was today, and Dr. Williams will address my concern. ******************************************************************************** On October 31, 2016 I had an appointment for 6:00pm; however, I could not make the appointment time. The reason is that HWY 5 South (all three lanes) were block, because of wrecks, and traffic was at a standstill. Dr. Williams and her right hand person (Gabby) stayed until 6:40pm to service me and didnt depart their business until well after 8:00 pm. Both of these dental professionals went out of their way, to provide outstanding customer service and support to me. I highly recommend dental patients looking for a "new dentist," to contact Beautiful Smiles and Dr. Williams for their care. By the way, Dr. Williams apologized, for her receptionists negative behavior, and my concerns were addressed to my satisfaction.

I really like Dr Williams. My check ups here are always quick and efficient. She is very thorough and knowledgeable. Her and her staff are always friendly and very helpful. My dental hygienist gives good tips on how to keep my oral hygiene on point. Im happy Ive found this place. I pray Dr Williams and her staff continues to deliver excellent patient care.
