Took our puppy there only for them to keep her less than 24 hours, then send her back home, only for her to suffer and violently die an hour later. When picking up paperwork to take to pathologist, they added a "differential diagnosis" that was never discussed with us, not once. I think they just wanted to cover their assess. ***UPDATE*** We since asked to return the medication we paid $135 for since our puppy didnt even have a chance to take any, and they agreed. After counting every single pill, the office manager said our refund was going to be $45. When asked how that that could be, she stated, "Well, we did administer some while your dog was here." WHAT? Is that not part of the overall OVERNIGHT office visit? It was not until we pulled out the invoice that she immediately corrected the refund amount and blamed it on their "computer system". BS.We also asked to talked to the vet that took care of our puppy that day (since we took our poor baby to Mississippi State to get a full necropsy and found out what happened) and let her know what we were told. We also told her that according to the pathologist, had an x-ray would have been done it could have been caught. She was adamant that they would have not seen it, and that they do not even read the x-rays there, they send them out. She stated that had they did catch it, she was afraid the outcome would have been the same. NO. That means they YOU are incompetent. It also means that even if they did catch it and there was nothing they could do, or things didnt go well in surgery, they couldnt have at least been made our baby comfortable instead of suffering a horrible death. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET THERE IN A EMERGENCY.**SIDENOTE** Website states office visits are $75. While we were there getting our refund, someone called and office manager told them it would be $90. hmmmmm. Can anyone say RIPOFF?!

We woke up Sunday morning to find our elderly pugs paw suddenly and severely inflamed. We took him to Emergi-pet, where we received excellent care at a very fair price. The Dr. and her staff were extremely compassionate and gentle in handling our baby, and they were mindful of treating his injury as well as alleviating his pain. They were also patient and thorough in explaining his medications and the steps we should take to care for his wound. After we got him home, I was a little concerned about how groggy he was from the pain injection he received, so I called the office, where a staff member continued offering excellent care by listening carefully to my concerns and explaining the parameters of a normal reaction. We could not be more pleased with the level of care our dog received, the compassion with which we were treated, and the value of the services rendered.

Wonderful experience! My poor dog got some type of chemical/ pesticide in his eyes one weekend and was in a lot of pain. The great staff was able to identify what happened, give him some relief and discuss the costs of their treatment recommendations ahead of time. I was very pleasantly surprised how reasonable the cost was for an emergency vet. They were also very thoughtful and patient around my dog who was very spooked and uncooperative given the pain he was in.

Wow. Love this place. They gave me several options of treatment with prices when I literally thought my dog was dying. I love my dog but sometimes you simply dont have the money to help them, and the vet here was very informative on different ways to treat my dog. Clearly they are not here to make tons of money. They genuinely care about my pup and my well being as an owner. I chose the cheapest route and my dog ended up recovering just fine! Thanks so much!

Horrible my dog just got hit the banks are closed and they would not help......if u do not have money on hand your pet will die I called three times explaining that my dog had just hit and the banks are closed and I have the cash for the 80$ visit through the door and I work but the lady said they would not help !!!!

Very personable and intelligent staff! Took the time to explain what was happening with our cat. He was fine this time. All our pets (2 cats and a dog) are getting up there in age, I am very happy to know I can trust someone to take good care of them even in the middle of the night.

It was wonderful. Dr. Wendt saw our cat and took the time to tell us everything, she was very patient with us, even going the extra mile when she didnt have to, by any means. In short, the staff was amazing, even at 1 in the morning. 10/10 would recommend.

Dr. Wendt is amazing! She sewed up my little pug dogs leg at 4 am on a Wednesday after she cut it on a broken casserole dish! I do not know what would have done had she not been there to help us!
