The most disappointing staff. My husband purchased a pair of glasses last year 2015. He complained they were very uncomfortable, and resorted to were his old glasses. He only wore them a few times , and the nose piece fell off. We love in Manchester a hour away. I called them and the person told us to bring them in to have repaired and adjusted. We drove 1 hour to cool springs and got no help at all. The you n man working there attempted to replace the nose piece and pricked his finger. He said " this is what I get for trying to go above and beyond". He then tended to his finger, set the glasses down and walked away. He went on the back, came out on his cellphone, walked out into the mall and ignored us. They woman working there said they could not put the lenses in another frame either. We picked up ou glasses and left. Drove home, stopped at Wal-Mart. I asked the tecnician at Wal-Mart eye care in Murfreesboro if she cold put the $575.00 lenses in another frame. She took glasses, found some very nice frames and walla!! Problem resolved in 10 minutes. The frames were $58.00. Compared to the junk we spent $179.00 on at Vision works. Its nice to know that some people go to work to actually do their job. Thank you Wal-Mart. No thanks to the young man with first initial B at Vision works, on 4/30/16.

First time I went to pickup my new frames, they constructed them wrong...said they were going to fix them. Three weeks later (today, Aug 2, 2015) I came to pickup my supposedly new fixed frames...you guessed it! Same exact problem as before. Did I mention that I spent over $700 dollars on these frames (a regular pair and some sunglasses). Needless to say, Im rather pissed, which is why Im writing this review. (I need to vent) This is the third time Ive done business with Visionworks (formerly Doctor Value Vision) and this is the worse experience Ive had with them. Previously my experiences have been satisfactory. Beware the Visionworks at Cool Springs Galleria Mall...BEWARE!

They sincerely suck. Ive been without my glasses that I lost which were perfect, for about a month in half. & they still cant get my prescription right. They say "get use to them" when I had the same exact pair for half a year, A YEAR! & now i cant see where Im going, when to turn on my blinker, anything. Because they. Mess. Up. Every. Time. 400 dollars down the drain. Im getting my money back. Beware of Desiree & Lynette. They are rude! Brandon is the only helpful man myself & friends, & FAMILY go to see. Over all they suck.

The worst mistake I could have made was not reading these reviews vs looking for a convient walk in location. I Ordered two pair of glasses the incorrect lenses were put in my shades. The manager was so focus on not losing the money on the sale that she did do a swap out, but she didnt listen to my full concern. I did not want the store model frames. Lets not forget the immature staff that doesnt even explain the benefits of insurance.

My prescription was wrong the first four times, but it took only twice for the staff to start an attitude and act like they were me a favor. Dont waste your time here.

These folks simply do not care. No interest at all in service. Gave up trying to use them.
