No stars!!!!! First off my wife has been coming to this place for about a year now. So I thought I would give them a try, one of the worst mistake of my damn life. I have never experienced that level of racism in my life. The lady that was helping me made assumptions that I could not afford things and she was very rude and kept speaking over me, basically treating me as if I were beneath her. When she was measuring my eyes for the glasses, she had a disgusted look like she didnt want to touch me. I was very offended, and she was not friendly @ all. I cannot believe I was treated that way, 2012 and racism is still alive in this world! my wife told me she was basically that way every time she had an interaction with her, rude and not friendly! Customer service is lacking @ this location. If you are black and of any other kind of race please save yourself some time and dont go there. On the web site she is the one in the middle with the short blonde hair older b***h

The people are very rude here, which is surprising, because its run by mostly middle age / elderly southern women. Normally you would have a more pleasant experience if that were the case.. The doctor is OK. he seems to get somewhat impatient if youre not quick to catch on to what hes explaining. Its been a few years since ive been here (been coming here for about 12 years now) and nothing has changed. I relocated to LA but still come back for updated prescriptions but after this next time I wont be returning.

Medicaid Correct

I have been going here since I was a kid. As an adult, I hate coming. The Doctor is OK but the lady at the front desk is so stinking rude. Shes rude over the phone and in person. She makes the entire experience a hassle. You would think a mom and pops practice would appreciate loyal PAYING customers. T I really love the optical store staff next door. Great service and even better selection. Truthfully if it wasnt for the optical store next I wouldnt return.

Im not feeling the customer service at this place. The receptionist referred to me as "This girl wants to know if you have a sample pair of contacts". Ummmmmmmmmmm, one Im a grown woman and two, usually eye doctors will give you a pair until the ones you purchased comes in. I more than likely wont be back.
