I had to get my blood drawn twice for the same test because the phlebotomist was unsure what the Doctors lab order was requesting! Instead of contacting my Dr. to figure it out while I was there he waited until my Dr.contacted him to see what happened with the test! Quest Diagnostics at the Menorah Medical Center in Overland Park KS never even called to tell me there was an issue. It wasnt until my Dr contacted them and then contacted me that I even realized there was a problem. So I literally had to go back and get my blood redrawn for the same test. Terrible! There was never an apology or explanation even after I asked on my second visit to Quest Diagnostics. I will not be using this lab location in the future.

I have routine bloodwork every 6 months, in addition to other tests that may be ordered. This is the location I come to each time, and every interaction has been very professional and positive. Since the ability to make an appointment is offered, I do, though its only really busy at certain times. The phlebotomist is always pleasant and effective when drawing my blood.

They say they take walk-ins, but since appointments take priority, youll get passed over a million times. Just dont take walk-ins if you cant accommodate them!

I had blood work done here... THEY LOST MY NAME , PAPERWORK EVERYTHING!. This is THE MOST UNORGANIZED place ever! DO NOT get your blood work done here! EVER!
