I am so glad I gave Envision another chance. I went back to confirm my prescription with Dr. Blick and she is the best eye doctor in the world. I am not kidding. I love how she explained everything about the eye and told me why my eyes were the way they were. It was so helpful because I love explanations and I learned stuff I have never known in the 18 years Ive had glasses. I was so happy with my eye exam. She took the time out to even mention that I should get computer glasses and explained to me how that worked and why it would help my eyes. She took the time out at the end to sit with me and explain the different trials she was giving me and why. I had a much better experience this time around and I highly recommend Dr. Blick especially for those who like a better answer than I dont know Original Review: I dont know what happened in my case, but I had a very unprofessional experience with Envision. It started with my eye exam. When I had the exam with Dr. Wallace he told me that he was just going to guess and give me a prescription because he wasnt really sure what my prescription was. I dont know how it works, but I have never been told before that the eye DOCTOR was unsure and was going to guess and give it a shot with what he gave me. Even if thats how it goes, those are not choice words to use. When I did the see if you can see 20/15 thing at the end, we got down to the 20/15 row and I could not see it. I told him I couldnt read it and he said thats fine, you dont need to see 20/15 anyways !!!!!!! Every eye appointment I have always been able to see 20/15. I asked him why? Is this just because I am in my mid 20s? He responded with I dont know- its not a requirement to see 20/15. What??? Also, I was expressing to him how concerned I was with my eyesight. I have been having blurred vision at times and constant floaters in my eyes accompanied by pounding headaches in my eyes by lunch. (Eye problems are very common in my family- I told him this as well) He said to me sounds normal and it should be fine. He said he didnt really want to dilate my eyes because what I described to him didnt sound too pressing and could probably wait a year to be checked next time. Im sorry but I only have one set of eyes. I dont want to chance it because it will probably be fine. After the exam I was pretty unsure of this place, but I went ahead with the post exam stuff anyways. You know like here are your trials, you have a small amount of insurance money left over when you purchase your contacts. That went fine. When I went to put the trials in, the prescription was awful! I could hardly see anything if I sat more than half a foot away. I expressed my concerns to the staff, and they said that what I described didnt sound like the doctor. They then gave me a new prescription which I tried. This one was better than the other one. I went in to order a box of the second trials, and it was mass confusion. We went back and forth trying to figure out what I wanted and I told her plain and simple I want the second set of trials. I then asked for a copy of my prescription, and it didnt match the second set of trials I have. Im not even sure the right prescription was ordered for me. I also mentioned about ordering some dailies, because in the exam the doctor told me I could use them. She then told me I couldnt. Im sorry but what one is it? Also, when it got to the total price she told me my insurance did not cover anything. I remember being told at the exam that my insurance still covered about half. So what one is it? By this point I was so frustrated with Envision I didnt even want to argue. I said fine and left. Needless to say, Im not going back. I cant trust them and dont want to take a chance on my only set of eyes.

I just had my first experience at Envision Eyecare. What a wonderful place! The staffs friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. The young lady I initially worked with was patient, explained every step of what was being done and completed the necessary tests efficiently and with a great big smile. She was very sincere and helped to put me at ease. Dr. Wallace came in shortly after the tests were completed. I barely waited 3 minutes for him to arrive. Once again - I found him to be extremely patient as well. Determining levels of blurriness can be difficult, but Dr. Wallace calmly kept repeating the lens choices for me. I was grateful that Dr. Wallace took his time and advised me of everything he was doing, in order to get me the correct prescription. I would encourage anyone to go to Envision Eyecare for high quality service, for their friendliness, their accommodations, professionalism and the cleanliness of the office. Thank you Envision Eyecare.

My visit to Dr. Blick and Envision Eyecare was quite pleasant. The staff was welcoming and helpful, but not pushy when it came to purchasing glasses. Dr. Blick was informative, caring, and positive. Our conversation about my eyes and my experience with glasses and contacts not only helped her understand my issues, but also gave us a few funny moments. She explained what she saw, what I needed and gave me her professional recommendations. When the exam was completed the optical staff went into action with excellent choices and exceptional patience. I certainly appreciated their efficiency and positive attitude. So glad I went to Dr. Blick!

I took my daughter in to see Dr. Blick for a routine eye exam, and couldnt be happier with our experience. Dr. Blick was great with my daughter, she took her time explaining to her what she was doing, and was making jokes with my daughter which really put her at ease. The exam was thorough, I didnt feel like we were being rushed at all. Dr. Blicks staff is wonderful! The ladies were very welcoming and did a great job with the preliminary paperwork and were friendly and chatty while we waited. The new office is beautiful, and in an awesome location for the locals in Celebration. I highly recommend Dr. Blick at Envision Eyecare.

Dr. Blick and her staff provide everything a person could hope for with their eye care. Warm, caring, professional, and sincere, Dr. Blick takes the time to explain about eye care health and any personal issues regarding it. Her "chair side" manner is exceptional. Her team likewise go out of their way to provide the best service with a smile and patience. The setting of Envision eye care is sparkling with crystals and totally inviting. Being where its located and where I live, I can even say it has its own style of "Disney Magic...." Bravo for outstanding performance all around !

Dr. Blick and her staff are all super friendly. My previous optometrist was very cold and condescending. Dr. Blick couldnt be more opposite. Shes warm, welcoming, and doesnt chastise you (Yes, I know Im not supposed to wear my contacts for longer than the box says). Instead, she encourages and commends better choices. I actually enjoy my visits to her office. (Well, except the puffer. No getting around that thing) Not to mention, her prices for contacts are on par with the "cheap" places. Maybe a dollar more, but still cheap, and its worth supporting her business.
