I have been an employee of BVC for almost 6 years now! After a weekend of continuing education I wanted to write a review about the practice! I wanted to let potential patients as well as established ones know that education and training for not only Dr. Brown but for the entire staff is part of our mission to serve you better! Dr. Brown invests her time and money in her staff so we can give the best experience possible to our patients! We also stay up to date with the ever changing technology available in eye care!! Trust me you are in good hands with the BVC team and Im proud to say that!!

Dont get me wrong I had a really good visit with Dr.Brown my only gripe is that it took a really long time to receive my new glasses Im currently still waiting my original appointment was on 8.1st and today is 8.15 and they still arent in I would expect that when it comes to glasses they would be shipping them out as soon as possible because people need them to see thank goodness my friend and I share a similar prescription and allowed me to wear hers but hopefully I receive my glasses soon still waiting I was under the impression that they would come in a week

I have been a long term patient at this practice, my exams have always been great! The staff is awesome!! They are professional, courteous and welcoming. I love the time the opticians spent helping me, especially the effort involved in staying within my budget. I was able to find a great pair of glasses and stay in my budget. I also purchased a pair of sunglasses when they were running a sale. If you want top notch service and excellent eye care Baymeadows Vision Center is the practice you want!!!!

I have been a long time patient of Baymeadows Vision Center. The staff are Top Notch - professional, efficient and courteous. I love, love, love my new glasses with classy Tiffany frames. I have an eye exam every two years and have had six pairs of glasses. Thanks to excellent fittings by a very proficient frame stylist, I have never had to return for adjustments. Baymeadows Vision has the latest technology and testing equipment. I highly recommend Dr. Brown and Baymeadows Vision.

My initial visit with Dr. Brown may not have been perfect, but after posting my initial review on here, Dr. Brown reached out to me and attempted to explain why my visit was not the best. She offered me not an excuse, but presented a reason as to the issue. She advised me that her practice has taken my review to heart and will grow from it. I sincerely believe her and look forward to giving her office a second chance.

This practice has outstanding customer service. Jaclyn and Paula worked with me to get a refund from my insurance company due to my mistake of not telling the Dr.s office about change in my insurance. It took 3 months of back and forth with the insurance company but I finally got my refund. Very attentive and super polite! Will recommend to friends and family.

I have used Baymeadows Vision Center for almost the past decade. With the changing of doctors we were a bit anxious, but my son had his eye appointment a few months and it was like nothing had changed! Everyone there is always so helpful and knowledgeable. And Im calling them today to get my much needed eye exam scheduled.
