One of the best expirience I had while here in US! I just came in for eye check and consultation. From the start, everyone was really nice and helpful. I got an appointment and got to see Dr. Viken exactly on time. No delays. He seems to be highly skilled and knowledgeable doctor. He gave me several good advises. I really trust him and recommend him to anyone! As well I had pleasure to be with Dr. Parks. I just cant recommend him enough for anyone who is considering surgery! Great medical background, tons of experience. Extremely friendly and helpful and he really do his best to find a treatment that is right for you! 5* from me! As I said, it was pure pleasure to be there and I just cant recommend them enough!!! If I had to pick over again where to go, I would go to FEC without even thinking!

Wonderful staff, caring doctors and they always take the time to talk to you and listen to what ever is going on with you. I have been coming to this clinic for a few years and they saved me from chronic issues I had with my eyes. They even have always made same day appointments when I have had the need to be seen right away. They let me talk with the nurse to triage my situation and even the front desk works to find a slot due to the urgent need I had. The doctors are specialist and take the time to asses you and even get you eye drops at their clinic. I trust them with my eyes.

I dont know how a clinic manages to always be so far behind schedule, but its possible. Im looking forward to the end of my treatment so that I can find a new doctors office. My 15 minute appointments always take at least 2 hours to get through. Having worked a job where I measured the efficiency of doctors offices, I know there is no excuse for this kind of service.

String here waiting for over two and half hours... numerous complaints overheard in the waiting room....who is to blame ... the doctors the staff... this is crazy.. if I showed up late or no show they would charge me... If not seen in 3 hous

Dr. Patino is terrific! He was extremely professional and very patient yet persistent in ensuring that my daughter got the right fit and vision with her contacts. Really appreciate this eye clinic!
