$175 dollars for a 3 minute consultation for a skin rash?!?! They didnt even do a skin test to rule things out, he just said it could be a lot of different things, printed out some stuff from webmd and gave me a prescription for steroids. I was one of two people in the place and was there for an hour. Most of my time after the waiting room was giving the med tech my family history of knee surgeries and high cholesterol. Bedside manner of Mr Valentin was pretty flat and distant. So my experience was very underwhelming and unimpressive. I would have expected something a lot more thorough than Mr Valentin, standing two feet away from me with his hands in his pocket the whole time telling me stuff I could have gathered from a quick web search. So in the end, I paid $175 for some steroids. Next time Im going to Community Urgent Care down 249 and I am kicking myself now that I didnt go there in the first place. The staff there are much warmer, take the time to know whats going on, use diagnostics to find out whats wrong and the copay is much cheaper! The one good thing about my visit this morning is that they had a TV showing some good shows.

I needed to bring a family member in for a allergic reaction. I have used this facility before and had a good experience but today was the worst ever. The receptionist did not want to take my insurance due to her having billing problems with other Cigna customers. She stated that if we wanted to be seen we would have to pay out of pocket. This is the last thing we needed during a emergency situation. The receptionist did not even try to contact my insurance company. Save yourself the trip and find a urgent care center that has a receptionist that wants to do her job

Excellent team! They really cared. Very efficient! I was feeling so terrible but they werent ready to see me. They let me go into the exam room where I could lay down. I ended up with the flu so while we were there, my fiancé received his flu vaccine. He never caught the flu from me! I like them better than my regular GP!!!

Great Staff, Great Doctor. My wife went here twice in 1 week for same issue and the Doctor and nurse were very caring and helpful and instrumental in getting us a referral to see the right specialist and getting her issue resolved! We will definitely be going here again. Thank you guys at TUC!

Came in for a simple TB test and blood work. Receptionist was very nice, however it took OVER an hour to even be seen by a physician asst. There were only two people ahead of us and they were in and out in 20 minutes. This is not "Fast" Med with personal care.

Absolutely wonderful. Show concern, listen, help you. I had to go to Tomball hospital ER the other day, there motto is " the main concern is are you going to live or are you going to die". Fastmed is a million times the better option!

My experience was awesome. I got in and out in a short time and the staff was great. Cat listened to what I said about my issue and the front office staff Amanda and back office Megan were so nice.

It is awful, the nurse was very rude and the Dr spent exactly 3 minutes in the room with me. And to top it all off he misdiagnosed me And told me to go back to work the next to me.

The Dr was very thorough and gave ample time for questions. I took my 20month old in and the Dr was so patient. Definitely the BEST care Ive ever received at an urgent care.
