Ive been to a few different VA Hospitals over the years and the experience was always abysmal, disgusting, and depressing. We just moved to the area and I thought I would give the Tomball VA Clinic a shot rather than continue to spend hoards of money at my normal PCP. This clinic is awesome. Its clean and not staffed by rude, robotic-type inbreds youre used to interacting with at the VA. Youre assigned a "Team" that is responsible for your care, not just someone who is available. The doctor spent 50 minutes in the room with me going over everything. She cared. It was by far THE best experience Ive ever had at a doctor visit and especially at the VA. The VA would be wise to use Tomball as a template for others. More than anything the staff cared and was polite. The overwhelming response vets have when talking about the VA is that the people the government hires are the bottom of the barrel. Tomball VA Clinic is absolutely a giant leap in the right direction!

The staff was EXTREMELY helpful. The wait was much shorter than I expected after having dealt with the V.A. Hospital in the Medical center near downtown Houston TX. The staff went above and beyond to help make sure all my needs a d upcoming appointments were made. If you live anywhere near Tomball Tx. I would HIGHLY recommend that you use the outpatient clinic whenever possible in order to avoid all the headaches that come with dealing with the VA main campus.

Better staff than houston by a long shot. Took over an hour and being forwarded multiple times to schedule a single appointment though. Seemed like no one knew what was going on.
