I have been coming to this location for years and have noticed a huge change in the customer service area. They dont really care if you come or not. I used to get reminder calls and they would take my blood pressure and weight and tell me what it was and no longer do this. I left without getting my blood drawn because they did not have the right size needles due to my veins being so small?? I never heard anything back from them. Just not what they used to be. I paid the full $230 and did not get fully serviced. I am going to speak to manager or owner if I have to for at least a partial refund. I still have injections there which I cant take but could before the new staff. So unsatisfied!!!!!

They always take care of me and I can usually get an appointment same day if I call early enough. Staff is great, friendly, and helpful (which can be hard to find in doctors offices). The plus is great bedside manner and knowledge with doctor and nurse practitioner. Their location is actually across from Kroger, not behind Walgreens. Theyre next to the tamale factory.

Even with a bad review ....you must know that these are franchise clinic. I have been going to the one off 59 and Harwind location and they are just great. If you dont like the one on Jones rd., make a drive to the other location you will be pleasantly happy. They are very pleasant there and will always now you by name. NP Dr. D. Culpepper you are great!!

I will definitely not be coming back here again!!! Came in for weight loss and I didnt get no help at all Ive been coming here for years I will definitely not be coming here any more and all the people I recommend to this place will also stop coming to this doctor!!!! The doctor didnt even want to help me!!

Staff has bad customer service. You can not get anyone to call you back about information that they indeed said once found they would call you back. I have call 4 times and each time I was told "Ill call you back once I know". Dont go here.

Avoid this location like the plague....it took 4-5 calls before they would fax my prescription to Walgreens.... then 1 1/2 week later, I am still waiting for the results of my blood work.

Big scam...do not go to this location. They would never call me back and said they would call my prescription in and never did. Not a legit company.
