The worst place, that lack of respect and how they play with patients time, in this case I ... my appointment was at 1pm .. arrived 10 minutes earlier ... and I waited for more than 1 hour. I complain to the nurse about the delay and the only thing she tells me is that there is only one doctor ... To me, I do not care if there is only one doctor, it is the clinics problem to have enough medical personnel to care for all patients At the agreed time. el peor lugar, que falta de respeto y como juegan con el tiempo de los pacientes, en este caso yo... mi cita era a las 1pm.. llegue 10 minutos antes... y he esperado por más de 1 hora. Me quejo con la enfermera de la demora y lo único que me dice es que hay un solo doctor... A mi que carajos me importa si sólo hay un doctor, es problema de la clínica tener suficiente personal médico para atender a todos los pacientes en la hora acordada.

Last weekend (8-17-10) I had to walk in this place with my daughter burning in fever (104.5 F). We had to wait around 30 min. (not bad for these kinds of walk-in clinics) but they charged me in full as my kid did not have insurance. Then the doctor (Eugenio "something") examined her and made them take a blood sample, and a couple of x-rays from her. Eugenios Diagnosis: bronchial infection. This morning 8-17-10, my wife took her to her pediatrician but tried to pick-up the x-rays and blood analysis on her way to Galleria. They would not give her the x-rays and wanted to charge $20 for a copy, which would be ready next day supposedly. Gave her the blood count for free though. My Daughters Pediatrician Diagnosis: Roseola. Conclusion: This Concentras wonder doctor made us believe (by looking at the x-rays) my daughter had bronchitis, prescribing antibiotics (which by the way does not help at all with the Roseola virus) and of course charging extra for the x-rays. If I had the money to pay for an attorney and sue them, I certainly would do so for malpractice. At least they have a very nice staff, but the doctor totally blew it!. Thank goodness my daughter is recovering now. Be very careful, and always try to look for a second opinion if your heart/intuition tells you so!

I kid you not my husband and I where in this office over 5 hours today. We where told to come to this location because of an injury he had at work. Literally it took them 5 hours to see him. The lady at the front desk told us at first the wait would be one hour. Sure enough before we new it, 2 hours had passed. This is just ridiculous. If you dont have the staff available to see all your patients then you should get more staff. This company should really be more respectful of 1.)the patients injury 2.)the patients time. As I read through the comments all the reviews say the same thing. You would think at some point management would say ok, and address this issue. It is clear nothing is being none at all. This is wrong. After 3 hours of waiting, they finally took him back only to wait another 1 1/2 hours. Meanwhile the injury has been hurting my husband. When the doctor finally came in she was kind, but my husband and I where both drained at this point. We would not come here to this location at all if we werent told to do so. I would not recommend this facility at all. You will wait literally several hours before you are ever seen. Management really needs to fix this.

el peor lugar donde pueden atender no se preocupan por la salud del paciente ni haven absolutamente nada por ayudar a su mejoria al contrario buscan perjudicarte mas en tu salud, creo que en caso de no ser capaces de diagnosticar correctamente el problema deberian referir a un especialista the worst place to can meet dont care about the patients health or haven absolutely nothing to help his improvement on the contrary seek to harm you but your health, I think that in case of not being able to correctly diagnose the problem should refer to a specialist

Horrible Wish I didnt have to give it one star Went into here for a torn abdominal strain couldnt physically move signed in all seamed to go well I was in at exactly 9am I was in the waiting room till 10 finally got called an asked to wait In a different room an doc will be in shortly a hour an half later they arrive giving me a look down listened to me for maybe 5 min an tried to prescribe me prescription ibuprofen like what the hell lady Im in agonizing pain this Will never work had to wait about hour an half more to do a breath alcohol test an drug test since my injury was at work which they didnt need waited more than 3 more hours they decided I needed some injection which didnt help me what so ever an made my entire left leg numb for hours after a while to eventually leave I was out at 5 all this for nothing worse service in the world an leg was still numb till the night and abdomen still not fixed

4 hours to process a release... I am a vet tech and I process animal check ins amd release, granted not on the human aspect but I showed up 30 minutes before my apointment to get cleared by the dr. From a work injury.i waited an hour for the 3 minute consultation and watched them pass over my file over and over again. So I asked politely If perhaps they called me when I was in the bathroom. I was rudely dismissed as If I were being belligerent and told "we are getting to it." After the cramps set in I began pacing the room to stretch my legs (3 and a half hours and at least 26 other patients coming and going) And Of course they all watched me with disgusted sighs. Fyi I AM STILL HERE!! Its been almost 4 and a half hours... ***update*** They finished It 2 hous ago and set it in the wrong place. Even after I asked they said they called for me which woukd have been heard by my sister who never left the roo.

I went to Concentra for a drug & TB test for new employment. The TB test was quick & painless. For the drug test, I didnt give enough of a sample initially, so I had to wait an hour. No problem, except they forgot about me & I sat there for hours. Like 3 hours. I asked numerous staff when I could do my test, & they let me continue waiting since the original employees shift was over. Plus, (& Im not sure if Concentra has anything to do with this) I was unable to reach a representative on the 1-800# I had to call within an hour of leaving the facility. It took 17 days for my employer to get my test results! I almost lost the job! Regardless, the staff at the front desk was very nice & helpful. I believe my experience was a result of bad luck so I dont entirely not recommend this place.

Do not come here. Took an hour for them to put me in a room, another hour waiting for the doctor to come in, after seen by doctor he left the room mumbling could not hear or understand what he was saying. waited 30 more minutes in the room, a nurse came in and said theirs a patient here, what is he here for? Was told to go to the front desk to be checked out. went to the front desk and was told to have a seat and wait. So I waited another hour just sitting, had enough and went to the front desk asking if Im cleared to go. They found my papers in the back somewhere and was ready who knows when and was told I can go now. If I could give it Zero stars I would. DO NOT COME HERE. The front desk people are clue less. They spend most of their time chatting and laughing.
