My first visit to Dr. Crowleys office was this past week. I had been in search of a new practice that would better fit my needs over the last several months. I decided to give Crowley Dentistry a try, and I am so glad I did. From the very first phone call with the front desk/billing department to the moment I left the office, I was treated with kindness, respect, and professionalism. I cannot say enough about the education I received from the hygenist while going over my x-rays and during my cleaning. She was extremely knowledgable, personable, made sure I was comfortable, and finally made me understand the importance of more frequent flossing without "nagging" me. After the wonderful cleaning experience, I met Dr. Crowley who impressed me as much as Carrie did. He was kind, an active listener, and realistic about my dental needs. I would recommend this practice to anyone in search of a new dentist. We all know that going to the dentist at times can be scary and unpleasant but this team went above and beyond to make sure my experience was comfortable and professional. My anxiety of going to the dentist has disappeared. Thank you Crowley Dentistry! You have earned a lifelong patient.

I could not have asked for a better visit to the dentist. Dr Crowley and his staff are warm, welcoming, and personable. The X-rays, cleaning & exams themselves were gentle but firm and as enjoyable as these things can be. And lastly, I am a small business owner with a very tight financial situation right now and Dr Crowley & his staff could not have made me feel more genuinely cared about & for no matter what. They encouraged me to do the things I truly needed and were understanding of the things that felt beyond necessity/my budget and had reasonable advice for how to manage and/or follow up later. I left feeling better than I had felt when I arrived. And with squeaky clean teeth!

We were so pleased with Dr. Crowley! We scheduled a cleaning for our whole family and his staff was so wonderfully accommodating of us. He saw us on time, was gentle, and extremely kind. My small children were so excited to go to the dentist. My son and I both needed to go back for fillings & the staff couldnt have been easier to work with. Dr. Crowley even called us personally the next day to check on our son after his fillings! I cannot say enough how excellent the care is with Dr. Crowley.

Dr. Crowley became my dentist after Dr. Redwine retired. Dr. Crowley is very thorough and takes the time to explain all the options and procedures. When I had a failing implant, he removed the old implant, performed a bone graft to improve the implant seat and arranged for two new implants and a bridge. Im pleased as l can be with my new teeth and how well they match. Dr. Crowleys dental hygienist, Debbie, is the best ever, and the staff is kind and gracious.

What a wonderful experience!!!! I am new to the area and was nervous about finding a new Dentist. I found Dr. Crowley on the internet/google search and am extremely happy I did. He delivered EXCELLENT care, he was patient, caring and his office staff were warm, welcoming and professional. I first met Dr. Mullins and his staff while volunteering at a dental clinic, where I was able to arrange times to shadow him at his office. I loved everyone there so much that when I became a permanent resident of Richmond, I made him my dentist, as did a number of my coworkers who all share my extreme satisfaction with his work.
