I used to regret going to the dentist. My experiences with all of the staff and Dentists at this practice changed my perspective. Dr. Ullrich and the team were very attentive to my comfort during my procedures and made sure I understood everything that was happening. I never doubted that I was under expert care and the results are absolutely the finest dental work I have had done. When I needed a referral for specialized dental work, they provided me with an excellent microscopic endodontist. Everything was right about the care I received and the procedures performed and I strongly recommend Dr. Ullrich and his team to my family and friends.

Every time I visit Loudoun Family and Cosmetic Dentistry I am more impressed than the last time. Dr. Black and Dr. Messih are both incredibly kind, wonderful doctors. Their work is also impeccable. In fact, everyone Ive interacted with at their practice has impressed me. A particular stand out is dental hygienist, Cassie. She made me feel comfortable, created a friendly atmosphere, and was extremely thorough. I highly recommend this practice, and I urge you to give them a try. You will not regret it!

I love coming to this dentist. Ive seen both Doctors and appreciate that they are thorough, friendly, and professional. My hygienist is excellent, and the staff is polite. The office is very nice, new equipment, and very high-tech. I love the TVs on the ceiling! I was referred to them by family, and I never hesitate to refer them to my friends. Thank you! I came in again on short notice with an old, cracked filling, and Dr. Black took excellent care of me. Great dentist--highly recommend!

As a person who is not thrilled to visit the dentist, the staff was professional and caring, addressing all of my concerns and questions in a prompt manner. The care I received was first rate. Dr Ullrich is a great dentist! He explains dental procedures so one can understand and makes dentistry seem less intimidating! He is very personable and friendly and my kids really enjoy him too, which really says a lot to me. This is the 1st dental office I enjoy going to visit every 6 months. The office staff makes you feel welcomed, are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend this office to everyone, they can see the entire family!

Dr Ullrich and Jessica his assistant are friendly, kind, and knowledgeable utilizing the latest technology in their office. We were looking for a dentist closer to home and we found the perfect one! No wonder he is the Top Dentist for 2012. My wife and I still rely on the dental services. We were disappointed when Dr. Ullrich, for health reasons departed, but Drs. Black and Messih have continued providing the same great care.

I rarely write a review of a business based on a single appointment, but I will say that the staff that I met were very pleasant and courteous. I was a little surprised with how much effort was spent on trying to sell additional services on my first visit. I am not accustomed to that approach. I was very impressed by the technology that is employed by the Dental Hygienist and Doctor.

If I could go lower, I would. They treated me like a child, didnt listen to a thing I had to say and rushed me through the whole process. When I explained that I needed specialized care that their website indicates they offer, they told me that they do not and that they wanted to do it a different way. They finally let me leave with my records when I was crying and couldnt stop.

Very happy having moved to Dr. Ullrich High attention to detail, very personable and polite. He explains everything he is doing and is available to answer any question I may have. I found the practice to be very accommodating in terms of my needs, working with me around my finances to get things done. Very happy altogether.

I love my dentist and the dental hygienists and all the staff! They are all kind, professional, and very good at their jobs. There is no dental shame and the hygienist uses a tool (I think its a water pick) that makes cleanings so much more pleasant. Couldnt be more pleased with Loudoun Family and Cosmetic Dentistry!
