Dr. Horsey Orthodontics of Richmond has provided nothing less than the best experience I could ask for! Every time I have an appointment, Im always excited because it feels like Im returning to see family. The staff are welcoming, friendly and really take the time to connect with you. When you inquiry about Dr.Horsey Orthodontics services, your questions wont go unanswered and most importantly, you wont feel pressured. Im happy to also report that I referred two people, and Im sure that I can speak on their behalf to say they are just as satisfied too! Thank you, Dr. Horsey for allowing your passion as an Orthodontist to be more than just a profession. Keep up the great work!

Dr. Horsey and his team are absolutely AMAZING! When I first went in for a consultation, I met with Melissa and Dr. Horsey himself to discuss the best braces option for me. I wanted to get braces what weren’t too noticeable (I was in undergrad at the time). We were able to make an appointment soon after to get the braces on. They explained everything really well to me and provided everything i needed in order to keep my braces clean and hygienic. I have to say, Tara is my FAVORITE technician! She is always in such a great mood and super friendly. I finally got my braces off and it feels and looks AMAZING! I’m so glad I chose to go to Horsey Orthodontics! You guys are awesome!

We always have a great experience at Horsey Orthodontics. We never have a long wait to be seen, everyone on the staff is super friendly, and they treat my son fantastic. They give him prizes, and perks at his appointment, so he is always looking forward to seeing them. Most important, they make sure he is happy and comfortable before we leave, no wires poking or no rubbing against his cheeks. If a wire breaks, or he has an issue between appointments, they always get us in quickly, and are super nice about it. I do highly recommend Horsey Orthodontics! ! I will miss seeing them when my son gets his braces off!!!!

I love the staff at Dr. Horseys office! They are friendly and professional. The office uses the best technology, even signing in for check ups and email reminders. They work with me on my crazy schedule and allowed me to come in a few minutes early so I could head out to a family dinner. Ive had braces before, and my experience here beats the competition hands down. Dr. Horsey made a perfect evaluation of what I needed for my teeth and they look perfect! I would definitely recommend them.

Love, love, love, Dr. Horsey and the one and only Tara!! Both of my kids had braces and it was a fantastic experience both times. Both of my children finished early because Dr. Horsey is that good!! Most importantly he uses up to date technique no invasive spacers or bands around your teeth!! Nice leaving his office with happy kids and minimum discomfort outside of whats expected. I love this modern office and its energetic staff. Dr Horsey is extremely knowledgable, patient and kind. The addition of Dr. Eidson has brought a wonderful mothers touch to this patient centered practice. I have had the luxury to see many many of my patients, nephews, nieces and friends that were treated by Dr Horsey and Dr Eidson; therefore, I highly recommend this office for its amazing doctors and staff as well as thier gentle patient care.

i absolutely love Horsey Orthodontics. The dr. comes in to visit you during the comp consultation, they take you on a tour of the facility and everyone stops and smiles when introducing themselves to you. Going into that office was a great experience. I cannot wait to start my treatment. I have always been afraid to get braces afraid the dr. would make mistakes. I went reluctantly to the Orthodontist to move a tooth on my lower jar forward. I felt that I was too old to have braces and who cared about my teeth anyway. Im married 36 years for goodness sake! My daughter insisted I try. My husband said "if they can make that tooth move it will be a miracle." Well we have a miracle !! Thanks to Dr. Horsey and his staff. 11 months and I have the most lovely teeth and smile ever.

Dr. Horsey treated my son in his office and we had a great experience in his office. We never had to wait and his staff was amazing with my son who tends not to like doctors. Dr. Horsey is also very funny too. I have recommended him to a number of my friends and they all had great experiences. Once I get my new dental insurance I plan to start my treatment with him as well.

Dr. Horsey is a very professional and knowledgeable orthodontist. Him and his staff helped me through every step of the braces process and made every visit quick and painless. I never waited more than 10 mins to be seen and if I had an issue the staff could get me in for an exam within the week. I would still go back if I ever had a problem with my retainer.
