The front desk staff is very friendly but the wait is way to long. I had an appt for 10am the 1st time I went and wasnt seen until 11:30 and on my second visit my appt was for 9:30 and I wasnt seen until almost 10:45 at which time dentist wouldnt accept the Aetna Dental Savings plan I had, even though they accepted the plan according to the insurance company. It kinda felt that once Dr. Omar saw the amount that I would have saved he didnt want to accept the price. I was planning on paying for the procedure in cash which would have been around $1200 without the discount and $1000 with the discount. Long story short going there was a complete waste of my time.

Visiting from Hampton leaving Burgers King with toothache. I just walked in with no notice or prior visit, and was seen for service that day. Yes, I had to wait about an hour...but I had no appointment no refferal or x-rays. Top that they made my daughter a night guard and filled a small cavity that day for a much more rereasonable price. Thank Ideal Dental Care.
