I have only been to Sudley Manor Dental Care one time so far, but i was very impressed with the care i received there. Dr. Cai was very gentle, calm, patient, and NON judgmental about the state my teeth are in. I have some heightened phobias revolving dental work, so needless to say i was very scared to go in. I embarrassingly hadnt seen a dentist since i was a child, so i have some extensive dental issues. Everyone there made sure i was comfortable and assured me that i was in good hands. Due to my crazy anxiety, i was panicking and crying thru most of my appointment. Dr. Cai really went out of his way to make sure i was okay, and he assured me thru the whole process that i was doing a great job. I cant thank him enough for doing his best to put me at ease. The actual facility is beautiful. Very modern with obvious attention to technological advances. Everything seemed high tech and state of the art. It doesnt have that super cold vibe some medical offices have. Very warm and inviting. Ive already told several people about Dr. Cai & his dental practice. Highly recommend. I cant speak for every patient as im sure its case by case, but since i dont have any dental insurance, they worked with me so that i could afford the work i desperately needed. I genuinely felt they cared about my health before making a buck. Dr. Cai personally called me himself 4 days after having 2 teeth extracted to check on me and make sure everything was healing as planned. His staff(especially Lisa i think her name is) was also very warm and helpful. I called the office multiple times before and after my procedure to ask questions and she was a delight every time. Never made me feel like one of "those" patients. I think i have found my forever dentist. I really cant say enough nice things about this place. If you want a dentist that is kind, understanding, gentle, and good at what they do i highly recommend you give sudley manor dental care a try!

Its actually fun to go to the dentist now that I have switched over to Sudley Manor Dental Care. From the moment you walk through the door, Dr Phil Cai and his staff make you feel like you are their only patient. Calmness, kindness and gentleness surround you until the time you leave. Your dental needs are attended to by a most compassionate, highly skilled dentist that offers the latest advancements in dental technology. I was impressed by the entire team’s commitment to their work and their patients. Their professionalism shows up in everything they do from the excellence in dental skill, to their beautiful state of the art office, their smiles, and even the way they handle financial and insurance issues. I highly recommend Sudley Manor Dental Care!

10 Stars! Dr. Cai and the entire staff were super helpful. They saw my entire family in an hour. Im 39 weeks pregnant so the last thing I wanted to do was visit a dentist. However, everyone made the experience as pleasant as possible. Happy smiles from the entire family! We are looking forward to coming back.
