The staff is as good as you can get but the dentists are another story it would have been less painful if a horse had kicked them out. After having teeth pulled had partials made the bottom fit and looked good but the top partial fit horribly they looked like they were made from spare parts he tried and tried to fix them but could not so I asked if I could go to where they were made and ended up in the basement of some guys house that looked like it was straight out of a third world country. The man had no problem telling me he was working out of his basement because he had been shut down. So after countless visits I wanted them remade and was told no problem just pay another $500. Before you go to this place you have been warned just smile and take a hammer to your mouth same result and its less painful and free.

It was an emergency work-in appointment and in spite of being a work-in it was as pleasant as any DENTIST appointment could be. The staff was pleasant and concerned for the patients welfare. The professional contact was good, my only suggestion would be to introduce yourself. I still do not know the name of the man who worked on my teeth (and gave me the BAD news).

All the staffs are awesome except for the receptionist. She was very rude to me on the phone; to the extent of hanging up on me just because I have to cancel my appointment and reschedule due to a conflict with my work schedule. Were a family of 5 and we have to switch to the new dentist office called ruther glen dentist and theyre far better.

I had a great first experience with Ladysmith Dental Center. They hygienist was kind and efficient with her job. The dentist was kind and explained things very clearly. One suggestion would be to have some childrens books for the kids to look at while waiting.

They are very friendly and knowledgeable about what they are doing. They accept most insurances and take the time to know you as a person rather than just a regular patient. I would highly recommend them for anybody who is looking for a good dentist.

Had an infection that needed emergency attention. Was able to get it treated and also got an extraction done. Doctor did a good job. Staff was very nice and helpful. Will go back.
