So, I have been coming to Neibauer in Central Park for about 10 years or more now. Dr. V. and the staff are so nice, compassionate, caring, friendly. I cant say enough. After coming here for so long, I recently had an "issue" that occurred. I was upset about the issue and once the office manager and Dr. V. found out, it was taken care of immediately. Not only that, Dr. V. personally spoke to me about the whole situation, thanked me for bringing the issue to her attention, and explained that this is how people (and companies) grow. Her main concern was not just that it happened to me, but how many others it could have happened to, but went unnoticed. Dont be alarmed, it was not a medical or billing issue, it was more of a customer care issue that happened once. Action, not reaction, is what builds us as a people, family, and company. Thank you Dr. V. and staff for taking care of all of us in the way that you do.

Extortion They will try to sell you unnecessary products. They tell you need unnecessary procedures and tell you (in writing) are covered by your insurance knowing very well insurance does not. They will bill you for the difference 6 months after the fact. They will schedule you for unnecessary office visits under false pretenses. Liars When you ask for your x-rays to be sent to another doctor, they claim to have sent them. However, you will call them 2 more times before the x-rays are sent. Insurance fraud If you cancel an appointment well ahead of the cancelation window, they will still bill your insurance for an office visit. Inept Their online scheduling has never worked. Incompetent The male doctor did not apply enough numbing agent when performing a procedure. He was impatient when I said I was not numb. They do not deserve to be in business.

The staff is VERY nice. They always make me and my kids feel welcome. I have 2 teens that enjoy going to the dentist and this one is no different. I bring my 1yr old along too, and the desk staff takes the time out to help me make her comfortable so that we all have a great experience. I will continue to go here

The Staff and Doctor V are so friendly. I feel very comfortable with Dr. V and her assistant. I would get very nervous when going to dentist due to my having had my front teeth knocked out from a motorcycle accident and have implants. I feel no shame or embarrassment. Dr. V is GREAT!

I was turned down service because I was on time & not early to fill out 2 pieces of paper (that could have been taken care of online but I was unaware). I was not told to arrive 15 mins early when I first made the appointment.. It was very frustrating.
