Dr Castellano is really one of the "good" guys. Ive been going to his office for the last 8 years. Hes extremely patient and very through. His staff is extremely friendly and very professional. Im a total basket case when it comes to my dental care so at times my cleaning can be stressful but Dr Castellano and his staff always come through every time to really make it a non issue. That is why I keep going back.

They charged me $25 because I missed an appointment , some lady called me in the morning and she said that she was the manager and I was try to explain to her that I couldnt be in the appointment , I had an emergency! , but She didnt care , I asked if I could talk with the doctor but nobody has called me yet, they already lost two patients me and my wife!

I feel very fortunate that I have my oral health cared for by this practice. The staff is very proficient and accommodating. It must be because of them that my teeth havent needed major dental work, because I certainly havent helped at all. Keep up the good work!
