I have been seeing Dr. Robertson since I moved here from LA. I lucked out because I knew no one to get references. I appreciate that she is a caring non-judgemental physician. She respects my views on alternative medicine; she answers all my questions I have about any medicine or procedure. I have never felt like I am being rushed out the door. She has gotten busier, so it may take some time for an appointment. I was there today to deal with my allergies and Matt (PA? Nurse?) is a great addition. If you are going to have to be at the doctors office, you want someone fun and lively taking your vitals like Matt. As I have had to see other doctors (allergies!), they have all provided outstanding service along with all the nurses and PAs. Once, I was upset with how I was treated by a receptionist (no longer there) and asked to speak to an office manager, he listened and said he would address my concern. I didnt feel like I was being given lip service and that he would talk to the receptionist about how I was treated. They recently merged with Duke, but, no worries, they still have exceptional service and not a matter of getting people in and out.

My family sees both Dr.Brent Foreman and Dr. Noelle Roberts. Weve been using this practice since shortly after they opened. Weve been very pleased with their care, so much so that we drive from outside of Raleigh to see them. We find their patient care philosophy to be balanced-- were not looking for doctors who dole out prescriptions like candy, we want doctors who are conservative in their approach but holistic in their assessment of patient health. Wed recommend this practice to other families too so long as you agree with their approach to care. If youre looking for doctors who treat everything ailment with a drug prescription, this is NOT the place. But if you want doctors who will ask intelligent questions about your overall lifestyle choices and how they impact your health, then this is the place for you.

I have tried several times over the past year to make an appt with them as I have seen them in the past. Every time I wait more than 5 min and then give up. I have tried emailing and leaving voice mails. If you want a quick response or need help immediately I would not recommend. My experience with the drs have always been good, but I can never get an appt to see them.

Dr. Harris is absolutely wonderful!! He listens to everything that you say and explains things to you so that you understand. He does get behind but when he gets to you hes totally worth the wait!
