Daughter home from college, went 4 days ago not feeling well, they would not strep test, said it was viral, not sure how they could be definitive. 4 days later seems to have pink eye would not call in drops without seeing her...again...of course booked cannot get in. She goes back to college next week, and we will have to pay ...again for another clinic visit most likely. Times have changed, what would have been a problem with calling in a RX for o.5oz. Of eye drops????

In emergency, cant get an appointment until next week. After trip to emergency room, was directed to get appointment with Primary Care physician to have an MRI ordered. In extreme pain. Cant get appointment until following week. What good is it to have a relationship with a multi-doctor facility if you cant get an appointment in an emergency. Not only that they were unresponsive in returrning a phone call ---- AVOID

Greene Family medicine has been where I went for several years, the last year has been unreal to try to get a same day appointment or within a few days. Called today 5/24/17 to make an appointment for next day or so was told to see my doctor no avaiable date until 6/12/17...however I could see someone else there, what does that say for patient service or that the "others" are so available...

Had an appoint scheduled at noon, but apparently thats there lunch time so the staff closes off the booth for lunch so you cant ask any questions, and the phones just ring.
