As a potential new patient my experience was HORRIBLE to say the least. Never ever ever visit this office. The FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST Don is VERY RUDE AND NASTY! She gave me the wrong details and made it seem as if I just showed up at the office. The office is fairly small in the front ,and her along with the office manager were just blurting out my information to everyone in the waiting area. For me to have been a new patient she definitely set the tone for the service I was expected to receive. I would never ever recommend this place to anyone.

I was there to see Dr. Clair regarding a scalp condition. He was very insensible, rude, and just did not care what was said. He did not ask me any questions but insinuated that because I am not a size 2 that my issue was related to my weight. He stated that I should be thin like my husband. I am not a sensitive person, but really? I did not find out what my condition was until I spoke to the odfice manager, whom is his wife and did not make the situation any better. I was appalled and will never recommend him nor never visit this practice again.

My visit was pleasant. Dr. Clair has many, many years of experience which has set him MILES apart from the other dermatologists Ive seen in the past. I wasnt just given a prescription and sent on my merry way; he advised me of foods/drinks I needed to eliminate from my diet in order to reap the full benefits of the skincare regimen he outlined for me. It is a busy office, however my needs were attended to. The entire staff was very nice and knowledgeable.

I have been to see the doctor quite a few times. He is always glad to see me. His bedside manners are great. He has experience !! He tells me what I need to do in order to better my skin. He is to the point about what needs to be done and how one acquires his/her results. I love that about him. The staff is gentle, patient, and professional. His wife is a jewel also. I look forward in seeing the group when I have an appt.

Dr. Clair was my mothers dermatologist and now he is mine. Hes been in the game for a long time. He will not sugar coat things for you. Hes not there to make you feel better about yourself. Hes there to get you healthy. He told me to change my eating habit to clear my skin up, and I did and it worked. The staff is always friendly.

I had a pretty large acne lesion to get drained, and his words were you need to do such and such, that way "you get socially acceptable".... Made me cry. Must say that the office personel as well as the nurse were very sweet and i give them five stars. But, the doctor was horrible insensible
