I called to get a dogs records I recently took on from a friend and was hung up on the first time. Second time I called I was put on hold for 13 minutes before I hung up. I was never even given the opportunity to state why I was calling. Itd be nice if they asked if I had an emergency or something before slamming me on hold and leaving me there.
