Not like it used to be, service went down from previous years.Seems like office staff is overwhelmed maybe because of ACA which is displaced onto the patient. No excuse for their lack of professionalism such as interaction with patients i.e. negative attitudes, lack of multitasking phone, patients, workload, etc but it;s the nature of the beast. Quality of product and inventory is lacking yet the prices increased across the board.

We really like Dr. Blevins. He is very thorough and seems to be a very kind man. Took a lot of time with us and gave us a lot of attention while we there. The staff is not super friendly...other than one gal and she is a bit overly bubbly. They are not rude, just not talkative. They accept our insurance and work well with what we have to keep our expenses down. Would recommend them to anyone.

Dr. Blevins is the best! He will always make sure youre getting what you need. The staff is also very friendly. Dr. Blevins and two other staff members took the time to help me pick out my glasses and make sure I actually liked them. I feel like so many other offices just shove you out the door once youve paid. That is never the vibe here.
