I live out of town and looked up a Dentist here in New Braunfels. These people are so professional and treated me with highly respect and understand I dont like going to Dentists and hate needles. They made me comfortable and extracted a very difficult tooth that they performed in a painless manor. Stephanie Pippin actually made my experience worth wild, Mrs. Pippin made me feel at home and treated me like family. Shes the best. I would recommend this Dentist to everyone. I also called them to check out a cracked tooth today and was seen 30 minutes later and they fixed it immediately so I could return to work tomorrow. Out of a 1 to 10 scale with 1 being the worst and 10 being the highest. I give them a 10 plus. Thank you guys and girls. Its nice to go to a dental facility that treats you and cares about you like family. Thank you to the best Dentist in the world and Mrs. Pippin for making the appointment relaxing and comforting.

From day one, it was like being among friends. The moment I walked in I was greeted by such wonderful ladies and I felt completely at ease there. That continued throughout the visit and did not change over time. Dr. Barber has a great way about him and a featherlight touch! They all did their utmost to ensure my anxieties were unnecessary...and proved that they indeed were just that...absolutely unfounded. I asked many questions and always recieved honest direct answers. They helped me arrange third party financing, that I would otherwise have never kniwn existed. And they gave me my smile and confidence back ...something I had missed for many years. If you want the best, forget the rest, RiverCrest will leave you blessed!

Dr Day has been my regular dentist, and Im very pleased with the explanations, the care, and the education Ive received from him and his hygienist. Im also consulting Dr Barber to get a sleep hygiene device to correct my sleep apnea. His personal manner, his explanation of how the device works, his thoroughness in gathering my health information, and his sharing of his own experience with the same device all impress me tremendously. I havent received any incentive or gift for my review, Im just grateful to Rivercrest Family Dental for taking care of my wife and me.

Every experience we have ever had in the last three years that we have used Rivercrest Dental weve always had a 10 star review for them. They have always been kind and considerate ,theyve always been upfront about all their pricing and about all the options that are available. Theres never been a surprise and the work they do is amazing!! the work that has been done on my daughters teeth , like removing her wisdom teeth , repairing and bonding her front teeth with cavity situations and her teeth look so natural you could never tell there was any bonding ever done.

After moving to NB years ago I tried several dental offices over the years but none seemed to be a good fit for me. My husband discovered Dr. Barber & Dr. Lee and told me how great the entire office was and recommended I give them a try. He was right!!! Im no longer apprehensive about going to the dentist. Dr. Lee makes me feel very calm and has never hurt me. Jennifer, my hygienist, is just as good. Thanks to these great professionals who have given me back my dental health.

We moved here in 1996 and got a recommendation from Jerry S. who had used Dr. Lee since his childhood I believe. We have been extremely happy with Rivercrest Family Dental ever since. Our older daughter was a patient before she married and moved out of state, our younger daughter and our 7 year old granddaughter are happy patients as well. Drs. Lee and Barber are top notch and the staff is friendly, courteous, and very efficient.

cant say enough about how happy we are with our decision to go to Rivercrest Dental. front office staff are friendly and helpful and our dentist, Dr Barber is so competent and accommodating! Dr Colby Day is a great addition to the practice too - went above and beyond in my book, coming in on Easter morning just to help me out with a problem with one of my teeth. give Rivercrest Dental a try....you will not be disappointed!

My husband and I have been a patients for about a year and half. Each visit has been a great experience all the staff is friendly and easy to talk to.. I like that Dr Lee is a very conservative dentist not wanting to do things that dont necessarily need to be done.. I do not hesitate referring my friends to this practice.. Im confident they will have the same experience we have had.

And this senior citizen in braces loves the blanket for my legs, warm caring smiles, attention to detail, and HGTV on my ceiling tv.
