I took my son here for an exam this week and I learned more about eyes in 15 minutes with Dr. Leung than Ive learned in my entire life. He explained everything very clearly and in detail, showing us photos and diagrams. Among other things, I learned what macular degeneration is and how it is caused: extended sun exposure can burn tiny holes in the back of your eye that eventually cause blindness; And the importance of wearing hats and sunglasses. I learned that my kids (and anyone else) staring at screens up close all day actually CHANGES the shape of your lens and that is why we all become nearsighted; and the importance of looking into the distance every so often while working up close. I learned that the extensive (and expensive) exams that I get elsewhere for my prism prescription every year maybe arent necessary as prism often does not change much over time. Who knew?! I walked out of there feeling totally enlightened. Why dont more doctor explain things to us? Anyway, Dr. Leung is OUTSTANDING and I plan to switch to him myself, and to refer all my friends and family here.

Ive been going to Accent Eyecare since I had lasik corrective vision surgery in 2004 because they are affiliated with the Rahmani Eye Institute and he has always taken great care of my eyes! He and Dr. Thomas Casey are caring, compassionate optometrists who take the time to explain the particulars and answer any questions that you may have about your vision. Accent Eyecare has the most high-tech equipment available to image and evaluate your eyes to investigate problems and/or determine if you are a good candidate for corrective vision surgery. They also offer a wide variety of stylish eyewear and prescription sunglasses in the contemporary-looking front office area of their clinic. Ive found the office staff to be very pleasant and helpful with regard to setting up appointments, billing issues, and even relaying questions/concerns to the doctors. If youre in Rochester Hills in need of a new optometrist, be sure to check out Dr. Johnny Leung or Dr. Thomas Casey at Accent Eyecare!

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Johnny Leung and the staff at Accent Eyecare. After having lasik downriver about 6 years ago, I was referred to Dr. Johnny for my follow-up care and I have been going to him ever since. Even though I have moved over 50 miles from the area, I still travel every year to see Dr. Johnny. If you want to have the most thorough eye exam ever and actually feel like you understand the health of your eyes, I suggest you go see Dr. Johnny. He explains the inner workings of the eye in such a way that you will walk out feeling very educated and confident that you know your current condition and how to protect and care for your eyes in the future. I even took my husband there to sit in on my appointment so he could witness Dr. Johnny at work. Now he gets his annual exams from Dr. Johnny. Im telling you, if you go see him just once, you will never want to go to anyone else for your eye care!

The best eye exam that Ive ever had is at Accent Eyecare. Its worth going to Rochester, Michigan from Hong Kong to have my eyes check up apart from family visit every year. Doctor Johnny Leung has always been very professional, thoughtful and knowledgeable. He introduced another type of contact lens for me to ease my dry eyes five years ago and Ive been wearing it with comfort now. So glad to see Accent Eyecare moving to a bigger office that is always clean and comfortable. Id highly recommend my pleasant experience at Accent Eyecare to everyone.

This is a great office and Dr. Leung is the best. The detail of his explanations and the care he shows his patients is exceptional. Friendly office staff and warm environment to walk into. Dr. Leung went the extra mile and gave me some sample contacts to try that I could wear for the whole month! I wouldnt trust my eyes to anyone else. Great education about my eyes every time I go in there. Prices are fair and well worth the money spent. If you want a great eye doctor and office Accent Eye Care and Dr. Johnny Leung are the absolute way to go!

I have never had a more positive experience at any doctors office. I came in with an emergency eye infection, and although they were booked, they made accommodations for me to make sure I got help. The doctor is informative and very knowledgable. The staff is so friendly and everyones first priority is you and what you need. I didnt get new glasses, but when I was looking around, they had a great selection. If youre making a decision on which eye office to go to, you wont regret choosing this one!

Very nice office, comfortable waiting area with complimentary bottled water and refreshments. Dr. Leung was very detailed in describing our 12 year old sons exam, he answered all of our questions very thoroughly. We truly felt well taken care of. I would recommend this office to anyone. I really cant comment on the prices as I have nothing to compare them with. Most of the cost of the glasses we got for our son was covered by insurance.

Dr. Leung is awesome. I feel very comfortable seeing him and he answers your questions very well. He definitely cares for all his patients and treats everyone as individuals. Friendly staff as well. I used to live in Rochester Hills but moved to Midland, MI. I had my LASIK done by Dr. Rahmani with all my check ups done at Accent. Although I dont live in the area anymore I dont mind making the drive to see Dr. Leung. Highly recommended!

VERY nice staff. Love Michelle... she was so incredibly patient with my son who was having great difficulty at the contact lens fittings. It took him four days of trying! She was kind and patient with him, helping him as much as she could. The doctor is also nice. Always super kind and understanding. LOVE this place.

This place is super friendly from the front desk staff to the Doctors. On my visit I had Dr Pender perform a routine check up on my eye. Luckily she caught a retinal tare and recommended me to Associated Retinal Consultants who got it fixed. You cant go wrong coming here.

Its such a friendly environment and Dr. Johnny really wants you to understand the inner workings of your eye personally - why you see the way you do, and what a healthy eye looks like. Hes also excellent with little ones - patient and thorough. Totally recommended.

They overcharged for contacts by double when compared to 1800 contacts and Henry Ford optimeyes. They refused to properly bill nva vision insurance for my Chrysler policy. Friendly doctors..... but I advise spending your money elsewhere
