I had lasik surgery at Castleman Eye Center and am SO HAPPY with my sight. I was better than 20/20 (perfect) on day 1. I play a lot of sports and doing them without glasses or contacts is so much more convenient. I am really happy that I finally took the plunge. I was really scared but the staff at Castleman were so patient and reassuring. They helped me stay calm through the surgery by explaining everything before they did each step. One of the techs even held my hand during the procedure! Its obvious how much they care about their patients. I heard a lot of the patients making very positive comments about their experience in the waiting room when I went in for my initial consultation. That was just one of the things that made me decide to trust them with my eyes.

Poor customer service, they completely brushed off my symptoms in favor of pushing lasik. Very disorganized, they didnt tell me I had to leave my contacts out for three days prior to my appointment so I had to come back a week later. Each time I had to wait well beyond my appointment time to be seen. On the second visit they sent me to a small closet sized waiting room (filled with 4 other people) twice for 15 minutes each in between steps. They tried sitting me down to schedule lasik right there and sign an electronic pad without first seeing the forms, and before meeting the doctor. They dismissed my sudden recent vision problems as dry eyes, and told me to use eye drops (I had been, and I told them that). None of my issues were resolved and I wont be going back.

I went in to see if I was a candidate for Lasik since I have a long history of bad eyesight. The staff was VERY friendly and incredibly helpful the whole time I was there. They had to re-do a few tests however, and wouldnt provide the specifics on why they were doing them again. When I saw the doctor, she sat down for less than 5 minutes, told me she wouldnt recommend surgery because of "minor risks", and left the room. The nurse looked a bit stunned and asked if I had any questions, and even mentioned that the brevity of the meeting was strange. I got my script and left. I will be getting a second opinion.

My experience was great! I barely could see my phone without my glasses, i had to have it up to my face but not anymore. I was so nervous when i had my surgery but the doctors talked me through it and made me feel comfortable. I had another consultation before castleman with another lasik place and the doctor told me that i would never be eligible for lasik, so i went to castleman and they gave me hope and said that I could do surface lasik. So here i am. Castleman is the best place for lasik!

This is where both my Mother had her Cataracts and Glaucoma eye surgery done at the same time and it took only an hour total for both to be done one month then they did her other eye for both, and my Brother had both of his eyes done for Cataracts. The staff is kind, courteous, and compassionate as well, and when I go for my Astigmatism surgery to be done this is where and I will have it done.

I just had Lasik surgery by Dr Singh at Castleman Eye Center. I couldnt see the alarm clock without glasses and now I can! Everything was explained to me step by step by the doctor, the staff was awesome and I didnt feel a thing! I am 20/15 without glasses which they tell me is better than 20/20. I highly recommend Dr Singh and her team!!

Ive always had a great experience at Castleman. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and always there to answer my questions. Ive gotten my glasses and contacts prescriptions there and theyve helped me understand my eyes, my astigmatism and given me the advice on ways to keep my eyes healthy.

I had a great experience at Castleman Eye Center. The staff was very friendly. I had almost no wait time to be seen. I had lots of questions and they took the time to make sure that all of them were answered. I would highly recommend Dr. Singh and Castleman Eye Center.

I am so glad I went to Castleman. Dr. Singh and the staff answered all of my questions. I had both of my eyes done. My vision is now 20/10, which is actually better than it was before I needed glasses. I was back to work the next day. This was a great experience!

The staff at Castleman Eye Center has been awesome. They are so friendly and helpful in answering any questions Ive had. I only had the procedure done yesterday so its hard to say how the results are, but so far so good! I would definitely recommend.

Wow, I can see : ). Love my new eyes. I couldnt stand the feeling of glasses on my nose and ears. They gave me a headache. After lasik surgery, Im finally free of those annoying things. I had a great experience at Castleman Eye Center.
